I don't see why people fear Inter's squad to begin with. It's really not that great, and it showed great deficiencies towards the end. And who have they signed beyond just talk?

It's just a rumor started by tuttomercato.
They came up with this name because Bronzetti was talking about a goalkeeper while Galliani said that they're looking at Brazilian market for some young players.
Tuttomercato connected Bronzetti's with Galliani's words and came up with this name.
Pure BS, imo.

And honestly, what are the chances Milan to use the non-EU spot for an anonimous brasilian goalkeeper ?

the important think on this story is that we are still looking for a new GK and that our team do not trust to much GK like Kalac Abbiati or Dida

It's also annoying people would announce this as official... and say we are getting a goalkeeper from Brazil. Yes you are right tony... we aren't going to get a non-EU goalkeeper. If anything, we would get a striker that is potentially non-EU (at this point I don't know who... if the Adebayor talks fall through and that looks likely).

A phenomenal keeper for the future would be Davide Bassi (1985) of Empoli, which was Italy's keeper at the Toulon tournament and was awarded of the best goalie of the competition.

I don't know if you followed him in serie A, but his Toulon form was only a continuance of his serie A form. He took over from Balli and did much better than the veteran.
The talent is there for sure, lets see if the boy will develop as expected.
