I would just like to add that the Lawyer of Moggi ednied he ever said that thing or gave that interview, so it is 100% made up.

Scudetto 2005/06 Maldini-Gila

I didn't know where to put this article, since i can't find the thread about Moggi and Juve cheating. I just read this, and if this is true i don't know what the f*** were Maldini and Gila thinking when saying this

L'allenatore è molto motivato, come noi, e tutti siamo concentrati e determinati a far bene».

Maldini said few days ago that the Scudetto from this year should go to Juve, and now Gilardino says :
""Juventus has won on the field and deserved (the scudetto). Penalizations? Many talk about it, let's wait for the outcomes of the sportive justice"

Hey Vonim, and all other members:

I have merged all the threads I could find into this one, and I would encourage you to use this main thread, for all discussions on the current scandal.

Do you honestly expect them to belt out their indignance and call Juve cheats? Remember football players are well groomed for public speaking- with that comes a lot of diplomatic comments.

Frankly, I think Gilardino was trying not to disrupt the team's preparations ahead of the World Cup and tbh Juve players worked their socks off for the Scudetto...it is not their fault Moggi is a cheat.

I can read Italian so I will give you the low-down:

1) Galliani has been confirmed as Lega Calcio president by his colleagues
2) Buffon was questioned about the betting scandal again today but he appears to have passed with flying colours. He is not under investigation
3) Cannavaro said that he was surprised only Moggi was on the wire-taps...cheekily adding..."he was friends with everyone"
4) Italy are contemplating placing foreign refs in Serie A next season
5) Guido Rossi called for an end of conflict of interest in soccer
6) Milan's lawyer is dismayed as to why we our even involved in this. He is trying to get our name removed and thinks we are victims.

Yes Hasan, i know. Nobody is asking them to say :Give us the Scudetto, it's ours. But i think it would be better if they stay neutral and not ask for the Scudetto to stay in Torino. Especially not our captain

You "stole" my post Hasan, i was just about to post it

I have only one more thing to add, and it's nothing special but it's not a good news for us.

De Biase, the head of the "inquisitory office" in the early 80s scandal said today :

Translation:
De Biase says is not right that they (sportive judges) won't do investigations. He wants Borrelli to hear everyone and decide from there. This can't be "speedy", there can't be anomalities in the investigations. After having read the "results" of the Carabinieri's investigations, he has come to the conclusion that what was done was to maintain the power in calcio and not to fix the result of matches.

Basically, this man who sent Milan to Serie B is trying to say that not Juve but Moggi should be punished. And at the end he said something that not 1st article but 6th article is important here which has nothing to do with sport.
I have no idea what position he has now and how influental he is, but if what he's saying is true, then Moggi may end as the only fuc**d up party in this scandal
