Perfect first-half by Milan, second half typical nerve wrecking until the 3rd goal. So many memories: the rain, the thunders/lighting, milan's passing and relentless pressure on ManU midfield, gattuso's rage, oddo opening the field time after time, kaka made Vidic feel sorry for himself, seedorf once again scored + a beautiful pass on the first goal, janku, kala, nesta, ambro all did what had to be done, pirlo always elegant although he did pissed me off a couple of times with some really bad plays, specially the one where he passed to a ManU player with no one pressing him or anything, that was just horrible but the first goal started with him so it's all good, Dida feeling secure with those crosses, crowd went crazy EVERYTIME Dida catched a cross, that HAD to be a good feeling for him, and gila running 40 meters and finishing ManU hopes and dreams was another cool moment, I kept screaming "FINISH THEM GILA FINISH THEM, GOOOOOOOL" hehe, cool moment, my hat goes off to seedorf and kaka, these two have really stepped up since the quaterfinals, at one point when ManU had the momentum in the second half it was seedorf that screamed and with gestures tried to rally the team to stop waiting at the back and go attack, and last but not least, GATUSSO, the one player you wish you had on your team and you dread to face in a match, his energy is just something that you just cannot teach or even learn, that moment where he took the ball from Ronaldo while the Portuguese fell to the ground was the match in a nutshell. And now the Final, what bigger motivation than to face Liverpool on the finals. Match of the season by far .

The last time Dida and Kaka played in a crucial game during a rainstorm like this, Brazil was beating Argentina 4-1 in the '05 Confederations Cup final in Germany.

I don't know what to say! I try to write stories in my spare time, but cannot find words to explain the emotion I feel right now. So instead I will just say thank you to DIDA, ODDO, NESTA, KALADZE, JANKULOVSKI, GATUSSO, PIRLO, AMBROSINI, SEEDORF, KAKA, INZAGHI, GILARDINO, CAFU and EVERYONE ELSE and ALL THE FANS!

I am going on a cycle around Ireland in August, I would gladly take a hundred punctures and fifty crashes if MIlan win the champions league. Let not that be a prayer but an offering as I hope the best team win. But MILAN let me say I LOVE YOU!!!

Well, what can I say...I am so happy, I actually had to wipe away a tear or two...Dev has summed it up quite nicely, and tomorrow I may again, but indeed, now, all I can do is savour the moment.

I was really pragmatic in my outlook on the game, because I couldnt bear to have Man U beat us a day or two before my birthday, and so I said, well, be ur pragmatic self Warro...that way, any surprise should be a good one..and what a lovely lovely gift my team gave me today.

A splendid performance, worthy of the trophy itself, and this game, this game, well, was perfection from us...this is how Carlo wants us to play...this was classic Carlo-Milan...beautiful goals, crunching, but fair challenges, and looking classy while doing it....Dida, who has come in for much critique was as solid as I have ever seen him...truly wonderful in his confidence.

Every single player played at their best, physically, and mentally, we were superior...and from the moment Kaka sent that cross cum shot that Seedorf and Pippo couldnt get to, their heads started dropping.

now let me take it from here although I see any possible comment from me to be totally unnecessary on the matter as I simply don't see any problem here ... but then again the initail "tease" was unnecessary too.

What Karim said has nothing to do with what the MM rules ask for as this is not a case of simple Italian or whatnot or anyone startinga conversation in a foreign language - Karim himself is from Egypt and Italian is just as foreign a lang as it is to most people here - but quite simply UNIVERSAL expressions used widely Milan fans worldwide given the obvious Italian connection to this team ... and quite frankly I am surprised that I have to mention this in a Milan forum.
And Mystik, generalizing or not, like it or not, is right as probably 98% of fans here use words like "forza Milan", "grande Milan" or whatever all the time and these expressions have become more or less "fixtures" in the language of every Milan fan, Italian or not.

If Karim or anyone had tried to make a conversation in Italian - which was the case in that other situation - the same reminder would have followed.
Which leads me to my other point - what I did was not give warning to a member but simply a reminder, that's all ... no reason to call an attempt to ostracize someone and make it out as if I have given someone his pre-ban sentence for such a trivial matter.

Hope this clears the matter.
