I have to agree the choice of substitutes is very odd:
9 Filippo Inzaghi
18 M. Jankulovski
5 A. Costacurta
17 Dario Simic
32 Christian Vieri
14 Johann Vogel
16 Zeljko Kalac

Surely not both Billy and Simic are needed on the bench, or Gila and Vieri? Wht does he never put a youth player on the bench?? Even against a relatively weak team?

have you run the program, there should be a P symbol in your system tray, if so go to http://www3.pplive.com/english/ again and go to program list and select the channel. Forgot the name now.
