And Leonardo wasn't so young like De Rossi on that occasion.

Come on people, dont talk unreasonable things. De Rossi is a great pplayer, huge potential for CM player. He plays brilliant alongside Pirlo. World cup pressure is big, Totti also made some stupid tackles in the EURO 2004. De Rossi made a stupid foul, so what? That odesnt make him a bad player. HE is young and his behaviour is ok most of the time. This was an isolated incident, it will not happen oftenly. De Rossi is a great player, he'll be top class CM in few years, like Emerson or Diarra now. Give him a break, De Rossi is always welcomed in Milanello.

i agree with mrki, eventhough the incident goes beyond idiotic, hes a great player and a great person, people seem to forget that he was the one who once admitted to the ref that he scored a goal with his hands

Taking the elbow aside I also think that De Rossi is a great player that gives alot of support to Pirlo in terms of power and strength and is greeeeeat at stealing balls ... I'd love to get him here!!!

Yeah, maybe I'm overreacting a bit. But it was a vicious elbow and it still makes me sick to think about it. Nice gesture to actually appologize afterwards though!

De Rossi has a great future, and he does look like he can produce the goods already...
However, why buy another 'Hard' midfielder when we already have Gattuso, unused Ambro & Vogel? These are not 2nd rate midfielders, but at the top of their game, are in fact National team players. In fact, Vogel is a key player for the Swiss... Before anyone says anything, if you want to buy De Rossi, go ahead and buy him and just sell some of our players to entertain your fantasy transfers and Milan dream team... Milan will see a slight tweak in their Midfield this season, to give Pirlo more freedom and less defensive duties... If you want a sneak peek, go look at the Italian national team... |
