I wouldn't worry too much for it's AS that's reporting the news/quotes. If I am not mistaking it with Marca, the only worse paper than AS that comes to mind is Torino's TuttoSport ... even the British tabloids look like dependable sources next to AS.
Plus Milan will hardly ever sell him even if Kaka asked for a transfer. Unless Real's offer is very, very lucrative - like 100 mil oor something - Milan would most probably enforce the right of Kaka's contract with us.
How that's different than the Sheva situation? Well, Sheva is 30 yo, Kaka is 24 enough said IMO. Plus, Milan will never allow the loss of two fundamental players at once.

That's true but Kaka is the kind of player that any club would snatch whenever they see even a slim chance. The problem is that he has a long term contract with us and all in all Real's need for a player in his position is just bad luck for them.
I really don't see this transfer happening, not even for 100 mil., at least not now. In Sheva's case, with him being 30, now was the case to cash in on him. With kaka, anywhere withing the next 3 years or so, we can always get tons of money for him - bar any serious injuries - should we decide to sell.
