Storari renewed his contract until 2013 (TMW, no official report for moment).
We're ok with the GK position now (Storari, Abbiati).

ACMILAN1983 will become famous soon enough
Asamoah of Udinese, a player who I know was popular last year (nefremo I remember likes him too) really impressed me today for Ghana, in a role he's not normally used for.

He's been a little under the radar this season, but I think if we don't get Jucilei he is just as good an alternative for us. A superb player who plays with great maturity, is strong in the tackle, yet technically gifted and good at dominating play (I don't remember him losing a ball today). Oh, and he's just 21.

When I think about it, I'm amazed he's not been mentioned here more often (by me or anyone) as a possibility, though like with Jucilei in Brazil, it's easy to miss him as his role isn't one which often grabs headlines.

I don't think England were particularly bad besides Green's mistake yesterday. It's a decent side and with a little work from Capello, it could win the world cup. Bear in mind what I say is not as an England fan, as I'm neutral.

TMW reports that we bought 50% of Curci three days ago for 3M.
They say we did so in the case of a sale of Storari to Samp, but Storari renewed his contract here and will come back, and Samp has chosen another target ... Curci.

I totally agree on Asamoah...i had the chance to watch a lot of Udinese in 2008-2009 and he was really impressive and even more so when i found out how old he was..however, i haven't seen a lot of him this year.

seems we've signed blasi for free which is not a bad deal as we need back-up for flamini after Gattuso goes to UAE hopefully

and i'm very hopeful that Kaladze, Oddo, & Jankulovski will leave too even if it doesn't seem so for now, but knowing that they are linked means we are ready to sell them at last which means some crazy club will come with enough money.

hoenstly, just like mrki, i did not imagine we could get rid of dida, favalli, gattuso, oddo, kala, & janku all in one mercato, but doing that would make it a successful mercato even if we sign no one to replace them.

and yes i'll take Yepes over Gallas any time

Rumors for today:

Albertazzi to Siena on loan
Blasi - Milan agreement found and the player should sign for 2 years (Ambro + Flam + Gattuso AND Blasi? What about Jucilei for 6m euro?! Does this mean management fked up again and picked 30 yr old Blasi who is free and crap over a player like Jucilei?)
Allegri only a few days away from Milan
Milan linked with Nigerian goal keeper, plays for Tel Aviv, his price should be 2m euro. His performance reminded me of a young Buffon, however he will cost us a Non-EU spot.
Storari renews till 2013
Roberto Mancini doesnt want R80 at City but their management does
Gattuso could leave Milan to Dubai

correction:
blasi's agent has denied the rumors

Krasic was nowhere to be seen, one game is not enough to judge a player but nothing he did today didn`t prove the 20 mil Cska is asking. On the other hand the Jovanovic played great,....he was free, Liverpool got him. We were seriously intersted but nobody in here didn`t want him, including me.

my macedonian friend he was opening lanes, doing crosses in the second half go and see towards the last minutes of the game where he took a clear shot on goal and the goal keeper did one super save, if you want go watch highlights again and you'll see
