we should sign cicinho as cafu replacement

Come on man hes not that bad, Iv seen Kaladze play far worse than he ever has. Hes no Cafu, but as far as defending goes he pretty consistant.

simic? as a sub, yes, or not even. cafu` is a right back defender. tassotti was a true right back classic defender. we have to many attack minded players including cafu`. its time that the defence (age wise) should focus on defending. let the midfield, and fowards attack. see.......maldini, and cafu` going up all the time, that has cost milan plenty of goals. don't count on seeing maldini up beyond the half line this season, and also cafu`. its to risky. i think oddo is the most logicall RB to get out there... from the list hes the best one at defending and hes also good going forward plus his asking price isnt high... and after what galliani did today im starting to believe we could make lazio pay us so we can get him

i agree with u mk18 he is pretty good and to have him and Cicinho out there on the RB would be perfect if The brazilain joins us by Jan next year would be cool coz i aint sure how long Cafu will give 90 mins and over 60 games a season
they both are really neat but what u think about mesto he is pretty good cant really say about his defendin he surely scored against us last season

When our full backs dont get forward we lack options. Cafu is a vital outlet for Pirlo. We are at our best when they get forward.

Yup we are. We dont need Classic Defenders as Southernsun said..

ShevaandKaka', you say don't make useless comments but your last few posts are full of them. There's no doubt about it Cicinho is a good prospect, but lets not get ahead of ourselves just yet. Sure he's great going forward, but he needs to improve his crossing and his defensive atributes, as illustrated in the confederations cup. He hasn't proven anything just yet, so don't talk about him like he's already the best player in the world.

I would also like to see the source that makes you believe we have already signed him. We've been linked, just like other clubs, but there's nothing official.

Haroon mentioned in XT that Cicinho has renewed his contract until 2010, so we will definitely have to pay som money for his service, unless we want to wait for another five years.

I don't know his source, but I will take his word anyway.
