Which Torres are you talking about? Fernando Torres of Spain was man of the match and is always a threat to any defense. Let's sign him!

I hate Olympiakos but Toure is according to his comments. He was very good at the start of the season but then he fall down because media were always praising him a lot. He wasnt good against Argentina, Pirlo is much much better for that job. You ask for players, a great player is Saviola, he belongs to Barcelona, Raikard doesnt want him, his contract expires at the end of the following season but i dont know if he fits to Milan. Galliani every season say that we will not spend much on trasfers, as far as i remember the last he said it we bought Nesta and Rivaldo, although the brazilian was good only for the awful Greek championship.

Argentina were magnificient vs S&M (6-0). The whole team played just great with lots of creativity and movement up front. Several players caught the eye - Riquelme, maxi Rodriguez, Saviola. Crespo also played very, very well. Heinze was very solid in CD and lets not forget he's been playing mostly at LB for PSG and ManU. Sorin also had a solid game, as usual.
Tevez and messi impressed too but they would be more or less unatainable targets at this moment.
Abondanzierri was basically the only player that didn't win any admirations for his goal was rarely threatened and he had to watch almost the entire game from a safe distance
Waiting for Argetina - Holland

Tevez please

Even though our left side is really strong, i think Sorin for left-back would be a great option. The way he tackles and drives the team on is fantastic, i think a bid of about £8-10 million would tempt Villareal.

Carlos Tevez would definetly be my first choice for replacing Sheva, although I wouldn't mind Torres

Yeah, but how attainable he would be? Chelski are rumoured to have had a bid of 30-35+ mil euros refused by Corinthians. And if he leaves, Chelski would most probably have a 1st option on him.
For this type of money we could get several top players like Saviola, Cassano, Maxi Rodriguez, etc.
I would expect Riquelme and Sorin to be easier to get this time around as Villarreal will not be in CL next year and that will be a big financial blow for a team like theirs. I would be surprised if missing out on 15+mil euros won't hit them hard.

Tevez was good.. but not great. He lost the ball a lot, but had a good goal. Not one of his best performances. Messi was great on the otherhand.

Messi is overwhelming, but we'll never get him.

I honestly thought Tevez was superb when he came on. I really didn't think he gave away the ball too much, once or twice yes, but it was near the opponents goal as Argentina continued to attack.

I've been wanting him for a few years, but I don't have my hopes up unless Berlu and Galliani have already managed a special coup.

Messi for me was about as good as Tevez, the 2 linked well and really I believe both (or at least Tevez ahead of Saviola) should be starters.
