This truly is a sad day if this comes true. AC Milan is not a team that sells players for profit especially in their prime.

This has always been a team that preached family, well this would not be a proper representation of what they supposedly stand for. Unless Kaka is lying through his teeth and it truly is him that wants to leave then I say "Berlusconi, thank you for the great years you have given this club the opportunity to play on the big stage and be mentioned as one of the top teams in the world. But it looks like your time has come and gone these last couple of transfer seasons have been mediocre at best, if you can no longer sustain where this team needs to be then I ask you to step down and let someone that can properly manage this team take over."

Here's to hoping that this is just a rumor....

But like it is said on TMW, Kotscho is also the guy that Kaka' didn't want around him when there was the offer with Manchester City (he also said at this moment that Kaka' and Manchester City agreed, which is a thing that never happened).

If Kaka hasnt signed yet with other team is because Milan are probably making this a bidding war between Real Madrid and Chelsea.
Kaka did say he wanted to play in England and of course we know that he intends to play for Real Madrid.
So Berlusconi wants to get as much dough as possible.
Its a shame that such a big club like AC Milan is going through all this.

And its a "good" position for Milan to be in: because Florentino Perez wants to send a message and make a big impact and has the money to make it happen, and Chelsea knows there arent many more opportunities to win with this current squad (And Abramovich has petro-dollars).
Berlusconi? He could care less about Milan' soccer destiny. With or without Kaka, he will pocket even more money with Milan returning to the UCL. Cheap coach who wont comfront him.

It's Berlu who said something of that kind ... like I said once, Galliani seems to play a little less with medias nowadays.

It's not AS and Marca that are reporting this, apparently, but a reliable Spanish radio station.

And let's not forget, Berlusconi said just a few weeks ago that he'd might have to sell Kaka this summer. Sky Italia also have him quoted tonight as saying that Real's offer is difficult to resist. And Galliani lied about traveling to Madrid, claiming to be in Italy (which probably means that he had something to hide beyond fueling further speculations about a possible transfer).

So it looks as if Kaka will be sold. The only good news is that Kaka himself said today that he is definitely staying. He does have a contract with Milan, so they actually can't force him to leave. But I can definitely imagine this being one of those "I love the club, and that's why I left"-stories, where he justifies the transfer by saying that the club needed the money from the sale.

The word around here is that Kaka isn't staying. But there is uncertain if he is going to Chelsea or Real.
He didn't want to say anything. His quote is " It's not my day to talk" .
