Summer Mercato 2010

hi everyone, its been a long time for me..

anyway a few thoughts,i think its about time to realise we need a lot more than just 2-3 players,for once more Galiani must leave,imo he cannot contibute anything to this club anymore,as he has no good relations with any team in the world after all these years..

about players,krasic would certainly be gr8 for us,he is talented,motivated and wants to play in italy..someone said about montolivo,THAT would be awsome he is excactly the type of player we need now as rignho and pirlo are loosing pace and motivation..moreover its more thanlikely he will leave fio without pradelli(who was a gr8 target too btw,but no..).

fabiano seems to be a little slower(reactions)than previous years,but again we dont have anyone better that half of him..

we obviously still need a f** lb(like we did the last 3-4 years) and maybe a gk,amelia btw was the worst serie a's keeper last year..

ps1 have you noticed gooch on the wc??i think we were too harsh on him,he is doing far better than favalli at least..

Adiyah is playing for Ghana in the first team line up, got see him play.

Where is he ?! Failed to recognize him (this WC allows us to discover our own players ...), and can't figure out what is his position !!
EDIT: On Eurosport, he isn't in the starting line up ... so I can check as long as I want, I'll fail to see him !!

I dont see Adiyah either.

Lets hope that Adiyiah will be impressive like Enyema (but in the attack of course )

whoops me and Bosniaco did the same mistake, it was a mistake from channel that presented the starting lineup..I confused him with the other striker.. my bad

btw, even Dutch NT doesn't seem to have enough faith in Huntelaar...... only came on the 88th minute today (and nearly assisted a goal to be fair)

MARCO AMELIA will join Milan on loan.

Genoa’s Chairman, Enrico Preziosi have confirmed 28-year-old goalkeeper, Amelia, will undergo medical check-ups on Monday and Tuesday, before putting pen to paper and joining the Rossoneri on a free 1-year loan deal.

“We have already shaken hands,” told President Preziosi. “On Monday he will undergo a medical and on Tuesday he will be declared a Milan player.”

Amelia will be the second signing of AC Milan this summer, after il Diavolo have secured the services of 34-year-old defender Mario Yepes for free.

In order to buy, Milan need to sell, thus, Mario Storari will join Juventus for €4.5 million and Marco Amelia will sign a Milan contract.

I am not sure that Amelia that right Goalkeeper for us

Amelia is among the big list of players who were very promising and never exploded to reach the highest level ... It's probably his last chance.

The fact that it would just be a loan, with an option to buy him if I'm not wrong, is good because if he finally explodes (if he plays because I think he will start as the 2nd Gk in the hierarchy), we'll have a very good GK and not too old. If he doesn't manage to improve, he'll go back to his club and will probably never become the very good GK he could have been after his promising young years.

It looks like the sale of Storari is going to finance the purchase of Lazzari as it seems he is valued to 6M, and as a consequence, that would mean that the arrival of this player would be paid thanks to the money earned with the sale of Storari and the money saved in our wages budget (with the end of contract of Dida).

So, if any other player leaves, that will mean we have some targets on the mercato.

Sad that a club such as Milan needs to sell a player in order to finance the purchase of another player value at 6mil.

We don't need too, we are justing being forced to by our crooked owners, who need to money for fertility drugs, botox, hip replacements, and to pay the church for all their sins on their death bed as there's no way they'll get to heaven without a major contribution to the church funds.

Also the owner's ***** daughter has convinced ?? wtf?? How?? not to spend money on Milan as it's cutting into her inheritance. Get a real job you lackie *****.

If Caceres replaces Oddo as they say ( on loan deal again ) and we add Hleb on loan deal as well... that means we have spent nothing again.

Lazzarri will come with Allegri sopposedly, he will cost 8mln or something.

Those players are a SMALL step up for us. If we add one Cf like Fabiano and one Cb who will replace Kaladze, also Marek will leave... we can say we'll have stronger Milan then this year.

BUT, we have again spent nothing and that team will not be good enough for highest results.

However my hope is that Silvio will insert some money and Milan will maybe BUY one player that is actually worthy of Milan's shirt, A player like Ibrahimovic or Torres ( all the talk about one big player, bla, bla...)

It is ABSOLUTELY necessary to sign a GOOD CB when we sell Kaladze, a player that is reliable and can play when NEsta is tired. Player like Mexes, Ranocchia etc.

Hleb can be useful, I consider him a good move for a load deal!

We don't have the midfielders for these players to create space for.
We don't even have the mid to play counter-attacking play.

Frankly unless we get 2/3 players like Jucilei, Ganso - creative, box to box players next season will be no different to the last few.

Slow, unbalanced, predictable, and poor. Just like our transfer policy.
