Yes, it's not really about a great performance anymore, so long as we win it. We'd still can get a top 4 finish right?

We still can get 82 points in total maximum...if we win all the rest of the games (by miracle, as it is very hard to win all the games). Last year Juventus, who was at the top of the table before the scandal, got 91 points (which is a lot), we got 88, Inter got 76. A year before that Juve got 86, we got 79 and Inter got 72. In 2003/2004 we got 82, Roma got 71 and Juve got 69...So that is the stats. Basically if you look normally the top team usually gets around 80 something points, not more. Which means that yes - we still can get into top 4. It is possible to expect those teams that are at the top of the table now to start losing their form soon, and as a consequence, the results will start going down gradually. If we make a really hard push, we actually still can get a desperately needed place in the top 4.

SQUAD FOR FIORENTINA
12/15/2006
GOALKEEPERS: Kalac, Fiori, Facchin. DEFENDERS: Antonelli, Bonera, Cafu, Darmian, Kaladze, Jankulovski, Simic. MIDFIELDERS: Brocchi, Gattuso, Gourcuff, Guerci, Kakā, Pirlo, Seedorf. STRIKERS: Borriello, Gilardino, Inzaghi, Ricardo Oliveira

Guerci must be quite the talent..he gets selected almost all the time. What makes it worse..he's my age. I feel so useless.

You should`nt feel useless as you are contributing more for milan than Guerci is,since he hasnt played a single minute for the first team.....

BRAVO EGOISTKA!!

I like how a true Milanista like you has a very positive and optimistic mind for the team we love!!

I feel very pity and sorry to read many negative things about our Milan which is not in a favorable situation at this moment.

BE A TRUE MILANISTA AND SUPPORT OUR BELOVED MILAN !!!

Isn't Cafu fit..? If he is then Simic n Kaladze could play CB and he'll play RB.

Against Inter the one striker was Inzaghi right..? That's a whole different problem in itself. Inzaghi doesn't have the physical presence to play by himself up top.

the formation should be

.............pirlo........
gattuso......seedorf.....
....kaka.....gourcufff..
.......gila...........

So we can keep posession and dictate tempo, this way with Brocchi and Gatuso in the middle, and Seedorf iin the AM position we will be cut off....you'll see.

Well Gourcuff can always come in later on..guess Carlo is going for experience to try and pull out a big game for us.
