mrki, Pato only played for about 20 mins or so, but as always he was amazing

Inzaghi's goal was a rebound from a left-foot strike by Pato which hit the keeper's leg and then the post and then into the path of Inzaghi

and when Gourcuff came in, he made the assist for Pato to nod it softly into the back of the net...

all in all my rating for players this afternoon:
Kalac 9/10 he made some great saves.. the goal wasnt his fault
Cafu: 8/10
Nesta 9/10
Kaladze 9/10
Favalli 8/10... at times i thought he wasnt playing :|
Gattuso 9/10
Pirlo 10/10
Brocchi 8/10
Kaka 20/10 :O
Seedorf 9/10
Inzaghi 8/10 he did make spaces for Kaka and seedorf, but missed great chances..and at times he didnt get good services anyway

pato and Gourcuff i wont rate because they didnt play...

Simic... well he was the same Simic that played vs Juve..

You're too generous !! lol

Kalac: 7/10 => almost nothing special to do, he could have done something amazing on the goal, but the ball went to the nets, so he didn't do it lol.

Cafu: 7/10 => a good match, often available for his partners
Nesta: 8/10 => Nesta was there
Kaladze: 7.5/10 => Same but he did a mistake that could have let Reggina come back ... (a mistake he saved himself anyway).
Favalli: 6/10 => Umh, no mistake, but he is unable to stop an opponent and wasn't very available for the partners in the offensive phases ...

Gattuso: 8/10 => The real Gattuso, the one we love to watch ...
Pirlo: 8/10 => When Gattuso plays well, he plays well, and vice-versa.
Brocchi: 8/10 => For someone who never plays ... he did well, he tried some shots, but no luck with them.

Seedorf: 6.5/10 => He slowed down our team rythm, he did nothing compared to what he can do with an average performance ...
Kaka: 9/10 => The best player on the pitch, no doubt ...

Inzaghi: 7.5/10 => He created spaces, was dangerous and scored a goal, what else ?

Simic: 6/10 => He's definately not a RB.
Pato: 8/10 => Didn't play a lot but showed us again all his amazing skills (it's almost an assist on the goal of Inzaghi lol, and he scored).
Gourcuff: (7/10) => Didn't play enough to rate him, but he did a great assist.

Finally, all the team improves slowly each week ... it wasn't the best we can wait from them, but it is the kind of performance that could make us going to the preliminary round of the next CL !!

after all this very harsh treatment towards Milan this season and very kind treatment towards Fiorentina, maybe, just maybe we will start to see a change towards the final sprint.. these two penalties have certainly raised my eyebrows after all this crap treatment we've received this year, and coincedentally less than a week ago Berlusconi became the PM. I'm curious to see how the referee's will affect the results in the next games..

In all honesty, i believe both were penalties so the ref didn't gift anything to Milan.
Maybe there are refs who would have called "play on" but in Italy such fouls are usually penalties.
Even before this match, Milan, together with Inter and Roma, were the teams with most penalties in their favour, so i'd like to give it some time before i even start assuming that Berlusconi's new position has anything to do with these penalties.

I think the only dubious situation in today's match was Kaladze handball when he stopped Brienza's header. But Kaladze's hand was so close to his head that i really think the ref didn't see the handball.

The stakes are big. It's the Champions League at stake.
So there may be space for suspision that someone from Milan will try to do something. Something we can call "lobying".
But after Calciopoli and after UEFA made it clear of the consequences if politics interfere in football, i'm almost 100% sure that no-one from Milan will try to play unfair (i'm not counting Pippo's divings here ).
I expect a fair fight and fair treatment in last 4 rounds.
This is Italy and no matter what happens there will be suspicions, but personally i won't put too much atention on such conspiracy theories. I got tired of them during and after Calciopoli.

There was one in the Scudetto season, 5-0 over Ancona with Sheva and Tomasson scoring penalties.

BTW, Pato had new boots on, red instead of yellow.

a great winning for us. we were controlling the game, had an amazing score, and stay the distance with Viola even Viola also win the game, Kaka scored hattrick , Pato made great comeback, and Pippo still on fire Kalac had a good game. even not the best one. he almost couldn't catched the ball from Vigiani's shot in 20yrds distance and almost cost us the 2-2 score board at that time. and Cafu is very good tonight. doesn't looked like old man plays football very mobile on the right side. Nesta was playing as usual even not at the best condition. Amoruso hadn't even close to make a good chance to score. nice comeback by Nesta after suspended 2 matches. Kaladze companied Nesta at the centre replacing Maldini role from the beginning and well.. even not his best but he didn't made much mistakes. i don't think that Favalli made a good game. slow, couple mistakes, and struggle in defense. i hope better performance from him next game. Gattuso was playing good. our BULL had won all fights with Tognozzi. made him lack of creativity. Pirlo was amazing in this game. created many chances, every moves that he made was decisive. and his shot in about 30 yrds is superb almost beat Campagnolo there. Brocchi also displayed a good game. he runs like he never get tired. few times tried his own luck too, headed the ball from Pippo's assist, and even tried shot from distance. but too bad no luck for him. and Kaka is our MOM really decisive. 2 brilliant penalties from him and 1 good goal. i like the first one. the way he kicked the ball to make Campagnolo took it from his net is superb!! and he also made brilliant solo run to penalty box but i think Tognozzi stopped it. Seedorf was ok. although not very exploaded but he made contributions too by won the 2nd penalty for us. he also tried to shot from distance few times. Pippo is very amazing. he was mobile, very creative and that's paid with his goal. he is always in the right place at the right time. well done Pippo. as for subs: Pato is comeback the way he did the heart sign is very cute. i wish i am that Britto girl Simic was also not so bad. very easy to see his fault for the others games but tonight he also made good contributions. and Gourcuff was playing good. i think he was the one who made an assist for Pato's goal. well done Milan. i wish i could see you always like this. keep the good job and still crossed the fingers for Viola loses

on cafu you're all saying how great he was and stuff.. but imo, he was only great for the first 30 mins...

after that, he was just walking around and making defensive mistakes.. thats why Carlo decided to sub him for simic...

I think great attitude since the first minute proved to be the crucial factor. The players showed much enthusiasm that wasn't lessened even after we lead by 2 goals. A great and very entertaining match. Let's keep it up until the end of the season and hope Viola stumble
