Summer mercato 2009

For me,from now on, the only way to improve things at Milan is Kaka discussing it more out to the public, maybe if they felt he could leave, maybe they'd get more serious and rebuild the squad
On the other hand......they may let him go and try to make some money

He just lost his confidence in Lazio, it's true that it is weird that even a guy like Muslera who is far to be a great (and even good) GK is able to be better than him, I can't explain that ...

So is Carrizo a funny joke (introduced as the next big thing, which is also a joke) or just a player doing a bad season because he lost his confidence ?

Ambrosini is our captain after Maldini. I DO NOT expect Ancelotti to play more Flamini then Ambrosini in any case.

Argentine are in a huge crise of goalkeepers and defenders...and from what I saw in South-America under20 Championship, the crisis will continue.

It´s not because I´m Brazilian, but don´t believe when you see the hype about a new Argentine keeper or defender. It´s incredible how bad they are at this positions...incredible!

But Flamini is better than Ambro..Ambro sucks..he just knows how to hustle n head the ball...I can't remember the last game he scored with his feet...Flamini over Ambro..plus Flamini is younger n faster

He signs Dinho, then the coach doesnt want him, then we publicly talk ( Carletto ) about new clubs, new forwards, how Dinho occupies Pato's space etc. Galliani is making complete chaos as I can see it. MAybe the man has lost the strings, to me it looks like it is that way. Mattioni? WTF? Grimi and Viudez, Cardaccio? $hevchenko? We are not building a team, we are patching up like we are blind.

those are our problems. Its not a problem to buy 2 great players. But this team doesnt function from the inside, two players cant fix that.

Fabio Cannavaro is not in our sights even though I admire him a lot as a footballer. For next year we have decided to buy players who have yet to make the big jump in their careers. We won't buy any keepers, we'll go on with Abbiati, Dida, and Kalac."

Thats from the official site. That means young players, maybe someone like Neymar, Kerrison, Santacroce etc.

If you actually saw Carizzo while he was in Argentina you wouldn't be saying that. He was an amazing keeper...I have no idea what has happened to him since but I can say without a doubt he was unbelievable while in Argentina.

Let's hope Galliani means what he says. I would love to get a good crop of youngsters in next year's Milan team.

Young players ones are gold, but the goalie part is not

What's the point of bringing in young players when Ancelotti is still the coach? We will see the same old 35+ lineup like we do right now while all the youngsters rot on the bench until they leave.

Young players just for the sake of having young players is just a waste of time. I hope they at least take their time and scout players who have a chance of breaking into the squad. Not 3 more Grimi's.

I would like to hope that means Gourcuff and possibly Abate will be returning.

However, it's quite disheartening that Carlo is remaining (though if we're to believe rumours, that means Lippi for 2010), as I think we'll have to put up with Seedorf, Ambro and probably Kaladze as starters for another year. It could also very well mean no Gourcuff.
