The problem is that most of the football world also knows that Milan so call dead weight are really dead weight.
Janku, Bonera, Gooch, Seedorf, Ambrosini and maybe Di Gennaro are nowhere near dead weight. We need a squad. Part of a good squad are players that are good but not good enough for the first team. What's wrong with that?

Lolz @ the anti viduez sentiment. He's young skilled and very fast. He plays well for country as well. Young players need lots and lots of time to play utter crap before we can decide if they're good or not

Is Van der Vart the same position player as R80?

Please B & G sign some more players from RM its sale time they need to clear the squad.

We need one more mid and one more defense.

Yup. That's true. Mutual termination. That was a waste of non-EU. Hope it never happens again.

28.08 20:19 - AC Milan communicates that settled by the working relationship with the players Cardacio Mathias and Brad Guzan. Nel ringraziarli per quanto hanno dimostrato nel corso della loro esperienza in rossonero, il Milan formula ai due giovani calciatori i migliori auguri per il loro futuro.... In thanking them for what they have shown during their experience in the Rossoneri, AC Milan formula to the two young players the best wishes for their future ....

Ooo, ooo! Non-EU!
We should have done this last season. Unless we're getting ready to buy another one or two players before the end of the transfer window, this move really makes no sense.

Hernanes/VDV + a versatile fullback anyone?

2 days left to hope.
Maybe Gooch was a test to see how quiet we could keep our transfers before surprising everyone with them.

Obviously we are never going to win awards for scouting young talent, that guy we don't want to name any more (Gourcuff ) was known as a good prospect before he came, Pato was too. The time we actually bring two more or less unknowns it doesn't work out...

Van Der Vaart(5-10 mil, maybe even free if the rumours from b4 are true) and Rafinha(8mil).

Not everyone makes it big mate, its all a gamble. Man Utd doesn't always come out with top talents, neither does Barca, they just win their bets more often than they lose them. For every player you have like Becks, Scholes and Giggs, and then you'll have your fair share of Djemba Djembas, Erik Nevlands, Johnathan Greenings and G. Rossis that don't make the grade and have to play elsewhere. Some like Pique can prove you wrong by actually coming back to bite you in another great team, but more often than not, its not the case.

Personally, I really liked "G-who-must-not-be-named", I thought he did a really good Kaka impersonation on the pitch (visually ), but he did look a bit too lanky and out of sorts in our midfield. The only game that caught the eye was his debut in the CL where he scored from a Kaka pass. Seriously, the only thing I can say about the entire affair is this, the timing of his coming into his abilities and our losing our faith in him was no ones fault, and you can't really blame anyone for their perceived lack of ambition. If he were to be convinced that he could take Bordeaux to CL glory, that in itself shows a greater ambition and a greater challenge than if he were to return and win it with us (albeit he may have delusions of grandeur if he really thinks he can pull it off ).

Actually, in Italy there are two non-eu spots, but one of them is only available if you replace him with someone else, like say... Viudez... The thing is that we already released Shevchenko from loan, but perhapes this doesn't count since we technically released him last season.

Perhaps this is an indication that we'll sign someone like Rafinha or Hernanes, regardless it's clearly a sign off a chance in leadership for us, Leonardo clearly didn't believe in them which I trust more than anything.

I think us opening up more room HAS to mean something positive (i hope)

I think Gooch can be a good sub for Nesta/Thiago..

And we def. need to play more bench players in the copa italia. I dont want to even concentrate on that this year at all. Leo can play diffrent formations diffrent lineups.

I want VDV soo bad, come on Milan...
