We should have no fear in this match, the task is simple and the players know it.

Even if we miss some players, we still have some incredible players at our disposal and some great talent to come in for the injured. With players like Sheva, Inzaghi and Maldini, we can't give up or be disappointed until the final whistle is blown!

Alright, I am playing Football Manager 2006 with Milan, and we drew Barca in the semi-finals of the Champions League 05/06 (the other two teams being Arsenal and Inter - pretty accurate).

Anyhow, we beat Barca 3-0 at the Nou Camp, after two goals by Seedorf and one by Amoroso (!). My squad is injury plagued, so this was my line-up:

Kalac - Cafu, Nesta, Stam, Jankulovski - Ambrosini - Vogel, Seedorf, Gattuso - Gilardino, Inzaghi

So have no doubts, it can be done!!

even i am crazie abt vg, I play FIFA 06, just after the first leg i beat them at camp nou by 0-6, goals by sheva, pippo, gattu and pirlo! whenever i am pumped up i can beat any team at highest level and barca and juve remain the most toughest opponents. although i always win against arsenal and villareal...

Inter managed to squander a 4-1 lead from the first game by losing 5-1 at Highbury, Henry scoring the decisive goal in the 93rd minute

i played mil vs arsenal and to test our luck i set up the match at ataturk. i was leading by 1-0 but a wrong pass by dida made it 1-1 till the 90th min, then in first half i scored and didn't let them score so .... haaaaah i'm going too far!! hope we are lucky!

Having not played that game against Sevilla is huge for Barcelona, dont kid yourself. This make them even better for the next game. Theres noting worse than playing in a terrible pitch under the rain, that leaves you without any legs. Too bad they didnt play.

mate, this might also result into bad passing due to loss of play, remmember deco still has to play a real match. we know their passing and game play is of lightning speed and for that you need to be in constant touch of a real game!

I'm really psyched about this game now. I have the feeling that it's going to be an amazing evening in Barcelona, with lots of good football and hopefully Milan going through to the final.

I think the more the odds get against us, the more we'll play with our big heart. I think tactics won't matter this time, it'll be a great game of balls and big heart.
It seems everything is going wrong by late, that's why i'm getting more hopeful. If we were almost sure to get through i would have been more worried.

It takes a dead ball inside the box and Pippo is there. The Barca defenders know it and i'm sure they will pretty scared.

I believe in this great night. The injuries, the bad luck, the missed chances, the odds against us, few chances to go through will fire up our great Pippo!

Haha..so true Gio. The more the press or media plays down Milan's chances in the return league, the more confident i am in Milan to prove everyone wrong. The element to surprise will be in the head of every milan player especially Pippo. He will b more fired up than anyone else. I like the way the history goes in our ways.

Can't wait to see the looks of the dejected Catalan faces.

Is Pippo going to play against against Barca.I had no internet connection in the past couple of days so i dont know.On tv they said that hes recovering, is he 100% fit?We will win Barcelona im 100% confident.

.....Sevillian rain yesterday evening, was the last drop of very unfortunate events that unfortunately have seen us on the losing end in the few last weeks.

The first of these unfortunate events, even though a number of you will consider me crazy, are: Juve vs Fiorentina, Cagliari vs Juve followed by Juve vs Lazio, skipping the ref issue, as a personal opinion, I believe that should Juve have won atleast 2 of these games, our chances to focus only upon the Champions League would have been a given fact, unfortunately, as hope is the last to die, we fielded almost our best team vs Chievo, Inter and Messina, naturally our team payed a price in terms of energy, injuries aswell as mentally.
Given that with 3 games to play, Juve has a 3 point lead, in which they will face: Siena, a team that has strong ties with them; Palermo: a team that has nothing else to aim for within the League and Reggina, that is almost certain to avoid relegation should they not lose to Messina next week at home, I can't see Juve totalling less than 7 point, granted that should we be good enough to beat Livorno, Parma and Roma in our remaining 3 games, in the best scenario, realistically, I see Juve winning the title by 1 point
Certainly,the yellow per foul ratio, combined to an incredible amont of calls in Juve's favour, as for last season, will be the decisive factor.
Unfortunately against us

Coming to the 2nd leg semi vs Barcelona, that BTW, is the 6th team that will win back to back it's league we have faced this season in Europe, the 7th team being Schalke 04, having said that the player that subbed Messi scored the goal that defeated us on out own turf, in pointing out that they missed Deco banned for leg 1, that perhaps had the effect of granting Barca the right of facing us in a more cautious fashion, if it's true that basically Kaka was manmarked by Iniesta and basically Barca scored on their 1st serious open play through a magical out of the blue Ronaldinho/Giuly combination, in underling that Barca is indeed a very solid team this tie certainly is shaping into black magic for our coulours, if it's true that we hit a post after only a handfull of minutes, followed a few instants later by a 0 meter miss by Sheva, with Gila missing the easiest of sitters early in the 2nd half .................then came Giuly's goal

....skipping a detailed analysis upon the very unfortunate events that happened in Messina yesterday, that down to scratch are 5 injuries, the icing on the cake is Barca's Liga game, rightfully posponed due to torrential rain, I just hope our plane won't be hijacked.

The most logical happenings from here to the end of the season should be considered: Juve will win Serie A and Barcelona won't lose at home next wendsday, nevertheless, for a team that was given as dead and buried after the happenings of last season, we gave and will try to give all we have, no matter how bad things appear right now

For a team widely criticised for having a bunch of geriatrics, we have done immensely well this season, and I am still quitely confident that we can overturn the one goal deficit in the Nou Camp.

If Kaka is out, then Rui Costa has to play for him, and he should do well, even better I think than the young Brazilian, as I am sure Barca will pack the midfield (they always do, playing as is their norm, with one striker, Etoo, flanked by Guily and Ronaldinho on the flanks) and he is just the type of player that can take advantege of this, by using his skill to beat players at a walk, then split the defense with a surgically incisive pass.

He is the key to this game, and Pippo and Sheva represent the wrist that will turn the key, unlocking the Barca goal.

As for Nesta´s absence...this is worrying..but again, we have Stam and Maldini to replace him. Cafu stated that we would be fit to play in Spain, so he should be on one flank, Serghino on the other.

I expect the same starting lineup from Barca, with Iniesta making way for Deco, if the Portugese international gets the start.

Wednesday is drawing closer, and I hope that Kaka does shrug off his injury, though I hope he comes off the bench in this game, allowing Rui Costa to start....
