After saw the game aginst Empoli, today. I was imagining the good of to have a power free kicker like Alex. Against Lyon last week he hits the bar. But today against SC Heerenveen...what a free kick

Alex is a very good defender, but Iv noticed hes not that good with pacey strikers running at him. Every one has their weak points though.

You´re right, every one has weak points...and the weak point of Alex is his first step.

VMK, your site is great. I know people in Brazil(Santos suporters) that always acess your site to know how Alex is playing.
Great job

EDIT: VMK, just a sugestion. You need to put this quote of Heerenveen coach in your site:
"Attempt to grievous bodily harm!"
"...But then Alex made an attempt to grievous bodily harm! The free kick he took was so powerful that a player could very well have sustained brain damage if he had been hit by that shot. So I don’t blame anybody."

i prefer barzagli though because he is italian national team defender.
kaladze n serginho n simic have been playing well in defence, only stam is certainly leaving us, cafu n costacurta might be staying longer...

so based on that we might end up just buying one defender.

Alex may be good asset for us but I think that in defence Milan has to count on local players, most greatest defenders are italians, baresi, maldini and others were grown up in milan so milan should keep this politics. I would like to see Marzoratti soon in first squad.

indeed, with kaladze playing great we only need 1 CB now. and Barzagli could be a good solution, aldough I would prefer Alex. But the thing we need badly is RB. A great one. who? i dont know.... oddo seems ok.

kaladze plays very good as a CB and he was the best player tonight against juve. we have no RB thats the problem and im agree with you, oddo seems good replace for cafu but lazio wont sell him.

Reveilliere and Clerc from Lyon. Francois Clerc is the deputy of Reveilliere in the RB position but this season Reveilliere got injured and missed a lot of games in the French League so the 22-23 yo Clerc got his chance to show what he is apable of ... and should I say, Lyon didn't miss Reveilliere at all. Good thing about Clerc is that he is 5 years or so younger than reveilliere and also Clerc will be a free agent in the summer. Bad news - Juve seem to be very, very interested in his services.
Also Alves from Sevillia but Barca seem to be after him too. Alves won't come cheap though.
Rafinha is also a player that shouldn't be overlooked although I am not sure I would be exactly thrilled to see him 1st choice at Milan as early as next year.
Anyway, latest news is Cafu may very well stay with Milan for one more year.
