we missed Gourcuff in this game a lot, Seedorf can't play every game we saw that again, i hope he recovers soon.
I don't know what's with our attack this season do we really miss Sheva that much or just Gila and Oliveira are not in top form yet and how long it will take them to get in that form, but i still beleive in this guys and don't call for Carlo's head it's not his fault we can't score a goal, have faith we'll bounce back it's not all lost.

We played great football, attacking constantly whole match but we just missed the final touch and Gila missed some good chances but what can you do that's football we deserved the win but we didn't have luck

Why don't you see Gilardino had the largest number of dangerous shots, why don't you see one of his shots hit the bar <I guess if it were a goal, we would have been praising him now>. And Oliveira, what did he do? Nothing apart from some missed passes and a selfish counter attack.

Last season, Gilardino couldn't score in the beginning too. And somebody had criticized him too, and in the end, he scored more goal <not including penalties> than Sheva in Serie A. We should be patient.

the mention about a trade for Trezeguet is not meant to be a joke... thus it cannot be funny... can it? Gilardino is suited for Serie B football... whereas Trezeguet is a striker that has done it in Serie A & the CL...

so Gilardino, who was scored more than 20 goals each season in parma, 17 goals in the first season in Milan should play serie B.

yes... he should play in Serie B... because there it is likely he wouldn't have to face an embarrassin' CL record... since they don't really make it to Europe... maybe without such a pathetic record at the back of his mind he can actually start scorin'...

Gila is a good striker, we are playing way too slow for a real football. Cafu cant play 1 on 1's anymore, Favalli is not a good footballer!!! Oliveira was AGAIN selfish ( is he crazy or what??? ), so Kaka' again had to play by himself. He needs a fast midfielder alongside him, and a moving striker like Sheva was. Our team is ismply too slow in buildup, too static when we were in the box, so Pirlo had no solutions. And once again, from what I've seen, we didnt have a single trained combination that worked, it was all Pirlo's or Kaka's individual play. Too bad for Carlo Sheva is not here to save his ass ,again.

All I can say is wah wah wah This forum has become a home for cry babies. From all accounts we absolutely dominated this match (again) and were only denied by an extrodinary goalkeeping performance (again). It is only a matter of time before someone gets a beating from Milan, but some people have no faith in their team and would never see that coming. The way some people are acting they deserve for milan to become a Sampdoria type team. Id like to see if they still posted on this forum or God forbid became Arsenal fans.

Anyway, we have just lost one of the best strikers in the world and the team is evolving and learning how to cope without him. Do you honestly expect there to be no after ripples when the club's second highes scorer of all time leaves. Its funny how so many people are always willing to jump on the bash Gila bandwagon and the latest bash Oliveira bandwagon. How come no one is blaiming Inzaghi who hasnt been very good in the last few games. Il tell you why, because you might actually be overcome with a wave of common sense. You might actually come to the conclusion that Inzaghi will start scoring (like the other 1000 times you said his career was over) and face upto the reality that sooner or later Milan's strikers will start firing.

And if they dont then they dont. Whats makes success taste all that sweeter, is the sour taste of defeat. Acyually arent we undefeated so far this season. Our time will come so act like real fans rather than looking for scape goats within the team.

He didn't save his own. How can you now believe that Sheva can save him when he can't even score in Premier League?

Did gila hit the post/bar today once?

I thought we lacked a bit of luck today. Gila was so close and his movement was the best out of all 3 strikers IMO.

Against Livorno I was not impressed with Milan's performance but the last two games we have just lacked that last bit of incisiveness in the final 3rd. We had Siena pinned back today but their goalkeeper was immense. How often are those Inzaghi/Ambrosini headers saved?

I am very optimistic that we will start firing on all cylinders soon.

We where much better team then Siena .. but so unlucky All those chances , man I couldn't belive after the game that Milan didn't score a goal against Siena in San Siro. Our defence wasn't solide , every time Locatelli had the ball he created danger situations .. Kaka' had a good game too .I was very surprised when i saw some of you accusing Gila for bad game .. i agree with Hasan , he was the best out of 3 strikers.

IMO in next games Carlo should put Oliveira in first squad with Gila/Pipo

Really really unlucky.. Kaka worked his butt off this match. Didn't see the entire match so I can't comment. We really do need attacking options though. Our midfield subs(excluding Gourcuff) are mostly defensively minded. Really should have kept foggia

As someone has pointed out already our biggest problem in the last few matches have been our slow build-up of play. For those of you who have watched today's game how many times did Inzaghi have to drop back to combine with Kaka? How often was cafu able to win a one-on-one battle and deliver some crosses like before? I'm sure u'll be answering in the negative. Plus Seedorf was awfully out of touch today. I don't know what has got into him all of a sudden as he was devastating just 3 weeks ago. So with that we virtually had a single link b/w MF & attack , that being Kaka who hasn't had a breather for 3 weeks. That just summed up our options. And it's too soon to question the calibre of Oliveira. Switching leagues enforces u to change ur style of play a bit and that is a gradual process. So it'd be too naive to say he deserves to play for 'Sampdoria' . Judging by the same logic, an EPL fan can say Sheva deserves to play in Watford. Hell no punk.

One more thing, I wonder why so many ppl are behind Gilardino for playin a crap match? What game they saw who knows. Keeping in mind the quality of service he was getting I think he did quite well. And for the guy , I think it's zZ--zZ sumthn, just because Gila still hasn't broken his duck at Champ. league u see him as a Serie B player. Something critically incorrect about ur judgements there. A player bagging over 40 gols in the last 2 seasons, a starter in the world cup winning team - I wonder why others don't share the same view as yours.
