Another great game by Abbiati.

Beckham, Zambrotta, and Pato were other players who had a good game.

Great play from Abbiati and very good performances by Beckham and Pato.

Despite the bad play of Milan in the first half hour, Milan played well and confidently in the second half. Credit to Carlo who didn't try to defend at any cost by taking out our offensive players. Plus he also gave a time for Darmian.

Forza Milan!!!

Is that even necessary ? If anything it's a shame that Beckham, straight from the MLS, is providing more assists than the "best deep-lying playmaker in the world" or anyone else on the pitch for that matter.

Ancelotti just gave all his haters a big **** YOU. He's the best manager in Serie A. Why? Because he learns from his mistakes and fixes them quickly. We played incredible possession football. Lazio just gave up halfway through the second half! This was the same team, sans Maldini and Favalli, that played Genoa. There is nothing wrong with the team, and there is nothing wrong with Ancelotti. We have to fight to keep him as our manager, not drive him away.

Also, Seedorf was great. Kaka wasn't. Beckham was fantastic, and so were Bonera, Janku, Ambro and Zambro. Abbiati's form is such a wonderful surprise.

Man of the match: Beckham. Yes, Beckham. Two assists, and three through balls that resulted in one on ones. Defended well, great positioning, wonderfully inventive passes. We need him to stay.

Forza Milan.

Finally I have managed to watch a full game... Here is what I think- Lazio did pretty well in the first half. If not Abbiati superb performance, it would have been a much more difficult game than it was. The whole team played well - even though defense seemed shaky at times. To me, MOM for Milan is Abbiati, whereas Lazio is Meghni. I think he was the most dangerous player on pitch.

As for Bonera, I think he might not be all-star player but given the role he was in, he did better than I thought. Sendoras was decent, but clumsy. At times he kicked the player instead of ball. He still has to polish his skills, but I do like his spirit on field and his presence is felt over his own half area.

I hated Seedorf's performance most of the time, but I have to be a bit more objective this time. I would say his performance is crucial to the team because his ability with the ball. He has been sharing the responsibility to hold and protect the ball with Pirlo in midfield. However, my critics to him is he slows down plays too much and too often. That's the hindsight of his excellent dribbling ability.

Ambro has a superb game as well. He helped out of defense and scored a great goal. I think he plays better whenever he has the captain armband.

Kaka didn't look 100% ready. He was much livelier in the second half when Lazio was pushing forward and leaving more space in the back. I expected more from him.

Final note on Beckham, he proved me wrong with his contributions to Milan. His golden right foot is as deadly as ever. I would love to see Borriello back to be playing along side with Beckham. That would be interesting to watch how mang goals he can rack up...

Oh... post final note... Let me join the bandwagon to bash on Ancelott: He should have thrown in substitutions earlier. =)

Abbiati and Beckham were phenomenal! I knew Becks would fit into the team but this is beyond my wildest dreams. Ancelotti has done a great job but so much credit must be given to the player as well....I think these are the things that make you "world class".

Another player who is often criticized who had a solid game was Bonera...well done Daniele! If only we'd given Sheva a run out a little sooner so he could have had more off an opportunity....

FORZA RAGAZZI! BRAVO!

Haha. I'm so used to getting a little excited when I hear an announcer's voice go up and say "Inzaghi!" that my heart would raise and then I'd think "no, no, not that one!"

seedorf was what??? are for real the best he does was losing the ball, his assist was a mistake, he should have lost the ball.

regarding anchelotti, he did nothing special, lazio gave us the match by defending high. which left them vunerable on fast break...

by the way A$$hole we are milan lovers not anchelotti's haters, milan belongs to the fans not to anchelotti, seedorf...etc. after all they are employees, and when your employess doesn't deliver the way he should, you can take the proper action... capiche?
