1. There is more or less 0% chance that Real Madrid will loan several players, less so in this case.

2. Milan will most likely not be relegated and in that case Kaka will stay.

Lol, of course there isn't a chance so many players to go on loan. Real is not Siena or Reggina to loan 7 players and give them back when Juve will ask for it.
All i said is that i don't mind that to happen and that it could be a good solution. But it's just not possibille.

But i'm not sure about Kaka. He can say whatever he wants now, but so did Shevchenko and Capello ( even few days before leaving Juve, Capello said he'll stay with the club), and they did leave their clubs.
Whenever Real wanted a top class player (Zidane, Figo, Beckham , Ronaldo), Real got him. They have their methods. They took Barcelona's biggest star Figo (it's almost the same as if Juve bought Sheva from Milan), they bought Manchesters biggest star Beckham, Juve's biggest star Zidane............ why should it be any different with Kaka ?
If Real want's Kaka, they'll get him. Just as if Abramovich asks for some player...he gets him !

Heh, not only that Real won't loan Juve players, but now Baldini announced that Real will go fishing in Juve, if Juve falls (lol, go fishing, interesting term ).
Zambrotta will be first objective, Emerson and Cannavaro second objective !
And Kaka is their main target !!! Robben and Fabregas are not being mentioned anymore !

Not this time, if Milan stays in Serie A, Pedal Madrid could forget about Kaka becouse of 2 reasons:
1) Galliani won't him let go, he said Sheva is the last one that leaves against Milan's will
2) Caroline is better than Kristen Shevchenko

:
Yes, it was very smart from him to say something like this.
But have in mind, that this sentence only, made Kaka more expensive.
And you can't know what Milan's will is going to be if Real offers 80-90 Million Euro, can you ?

Please don't get me wrong,if Juve falls i don't care who'll play in Milan and who won't,and since Juve will fall 99.9%, it doesn't matter to me if Kaka stays or not, but we have both witnessed how some players were not for sale, and they were sold right after. That's my point!

Oh, and not to mention that the new contract made Kaka much more expensive. If his prize was 50 M, the new contract made the prize much higher than 50 M !

Thanks to Diavolo for translating what Milan's lawyers said, it was greatly appreciated. Actually, if you do get any further information, we'd be grateful if you could share it with us, as I'm fairly certain you probably know more than most of us here as to actually what's happening.

I mean, if i do something bad i should be punished, no matter if i'm the only one who did it, or other people were also doing it.
I don't get what's there for Moggi, Giraudo or Juve as a club, if they involve other parties into this.

Logically, if more people are involved into it, then maybe instead of me taking the whole punishment, it will be shared among everybody. But even if this is how justice is functioning, i think it's stupid and not fair at all !
Why should my punishment be smaller if others were also doing the bad things i did ?
I may be naive and i'm certanly not into law, but it sounds unfair!

you need to study psychology if you don't understand why. This is common sense. if you make a mistake that can be accepted as common or not such a big deal since others make mistakes too then you would likely get away with a lesser punishment. The first thing people do when caught with the hand in the cookie jar is to involve as many people as possible and make it seem to be something common and no big deal, try to escape with as little punishments as possible.

I get your point
But I don't care about his price.
I heard that Braida have said that Kaka is more expensive than the all gold in the world...
Hey, guys, is true that right after the Calciopoli finishes, we'll make a complain in FIFA against Real, cuz they already tried to contact with Kaka's agent/father? If I was Galliani, that's exactly I'd do, I'd sue them for that!

You should know that back in the days Real bought Figo, Zidane, Beckham etc. they were the biggest and the best club in Europe. League and Champions League winners but eventough they had some problem with debts that forced them to sell their training camp (and Redondo) to get the money to buy these players.
That only shows how totaly stupid the managment of this team is.... ACM rather invests in Milanello than in every expensive players. Cause good training base is one of the most important things... Real just rather sold it to be able to buy Figo...who retires 5 years later
Actually what i wanted to say is....that Real had financial problems but still it wasnt that bad that they couldnt find a solution to get these players.... but last 3 years..Real was piece of **** in league and in Champions league as well... They are in very problematic financial situation and they definately can't spent 80 mil euro on Kaká. Its just lies and lies...in this stupid president campain...
Actually I dont see any point in selling Kaká even for 90 euro...we don't need the money and I guess our managment are not going to piss the fans more after selling Sheva and letting us in this moggipoli affair.
Real is not god to get anyone they want. They're not even richer than ACM...its the same like if we offer 90 mil euro for Beckham...they wouldnt sell him too...
By the way all the mentioned players that Real got had only 1 year left in their contracts when they were sold to Madrid. All of them showed their desire to move and declined to sign a new contract....thats why Juve, ManU and Barca rather sold them than letting em as a free agents... Kaká has still 5 years to go... so we have no intention in selling him...

Italy's justice minister Clemente Mastella asked for amnesty for all the clubs involved in Calciopoli.

He did say that the goverment cannot get involved in it, and that it's up to the judges, but i still think that the JUSTICE minister wouldn't have said something like this, just like that !

And now, suddenly, that prosecutor who asked Serie C for Juve, and Serie B for the others says that Moggi system never existed !
(but he still asks for the clubs to be punished)

My friend kept telling me that, even in those hard times, only one player volutarily asked to leave, and therefore, Kaka, who recently put his future with Milan in a conditional statement, really did a bad thing because he became the second one to do so and thus made a serious betrayal to Milan's honored trandition.

but what I can find from the vague description of the story showed me that almost all the main players had left the club and only Baresi stayed, which made him so admirable. Therefore I am wondering if some long-time supporter here could tell me what actually happened to the squad back then. Did most players stay? (yup, this is my question...)
Welcome to MM marine! I have reposted your query in the hope that someone will be able to answer you on this...
