Summer Mercato 2010

Well I usually get the jersey every year training tops the polo one's that are nicer than the jersey and maybe a jacket every other season nothing major about 180 - 200 euro every year or so and I got nothing this past year , but if 100,00 - 200,00 fans worldwide did the same its alot of money but I don't think care too much about a couple of million the sale of Storari sale covered that double as much.

That now issomething im wondering ,Sheva sale Kaka sale Gila sale Oliveira sale , Gourcuff in the last 4 years was 146 million in that same we spent 60 million 60 million for those books.And Berlu constantly says in the last 5 years he spent 50 million each year from his own pocket.250 million out of his own pockrt is lies.And selling Storari is it that they would do anything to get some money and selling one of the best keepers this past season knowing that Amelia would come for free.

I truly do not give a crap about what Galliani says. This has been Milan's policy for years now. B&G sees players as gods and need to be treated accordingly; meanwhile they see the fans as a bunch of headless idiots that need to be manipulated for their benefits. B&G never really cared about what the fans think about anything. They only sign star players and boost team talent level for other purposes. Galliani's words are as bad as the smell of a pile of dog crap and the same can be said about Berlusconi. All Milan fans should just ignore those two. Maybe if we ignore them long enough, they'd at least learn to shut the hell up.

An interesting fact, Ibrahimovic and Balotelli have the same agent. Hope something could be in the works that could get Balotelli here. He is the future of Italy and Milan is in dire need of a "Giovinco" or a "De Rossi" type of player. Balotelli can break records if he comes, and can be in the press for all sorts of different reasons. Kid has it all, we should work on getting him.

Balotelli is a wonder & trouble kid. He makes me think of Cassano.

Sampdoria will take part in CL this season so selling him is very unlikely. However, I think he is the best option for replacing Ronaldinho. He can be a support striker to help Pato or can be ACM in 4-3-1-2.

I don't see Paloschi or Astori renewing their co-ownership as bad in either case.

With Paloschi, he had a transitional year, and he complained about a growth spurt and injuries that compounded his season to be a tough affair. I don't see why giving him another year to grow would be a bad thing. We probably want to see how he does this coming year to determine whether he's worth the haggling that Parma will give us, since it seems their organization is keen on Paloschi. I don't think he would get a look in this year anyways, so I don't see the problem.

I would not doubt that Astori's renewal of co-ownership facilitated Allegri's arrival to Milan. That's fine. Give him another year, and at least it gave us Allegri.

Selling Storari for the money we sold him at was something we had to do. He's a 33 year old goal keeper, and I don't see that much of a difference between him and Abbiati. Plus, I like giving chances to players like Marco Amelia. I wish we made more signings like that.

While many here are saying that we will be losing several useless players after next year, meaning that we need to replace them, it seems that is a pretty logical conclusion here. Youth are clearly going to be filling in these gaps. Plus, since these players are useless anyways, youth would be an upgrade, right?

Again, we're in July. Yes, it is very possible that we end up with no one and just our "champions," there is also the chance that with Allegri we might get some different things. The possible departure of Gattuso, Dida and Favalli, and the increasing drama with Oddo, Kaladze, and Jankulovski seem to underline the shift that Milan is heading towards.

I don't see why we're not linked with Giovinco. That is a player that we should be clearly going after. Especially in light of Revolver's great tactical break down of Allegri's style a few pages back. Furthermore, in light of Revolver's tactical analysis, it would seem, with Milan's current players, that Milan would line up more like this:

I don't think transfer targets can even taken shape without Allegri assessing his squad, or what he wants. I doubt that this process is finished yet, but I also think that the one thing that many wants, Ronaldinho gone, is something we cannot afford.

First, Ronaldinho brings a lot of recognition to Milan. A lot. Pato is not ready to be that star, and no other star that we have is that marketable. Furthermore, if we want to keep Pato, we have to keep Ronaldinho. After last year's performance, I don't see why we would shun Dinho. I think that in the right environment that he can play well again, and there were times where he played well from the center.

This should be the year that we finally get our wish to see our youth products play. De Vito, Romangoli, Albertazzi, Beretta, Hottor, Adiyiah, Zigoni and Verdi should play more this year. Of those players, De Vito and Verdi seem to be the most likely to have some impact. Adiyiah played well against Uruguay, and yes he missed his penalty, but he all most won the game for Ghana. For a 20 year old to come on and not seem over awed, I was impressed. Perhaps this kid has a future?

Ultimatley, Milan's strategy is for youth and that's something we've asked for. Well, it looks like we're getting our wish. Especially since Milan's website published a whole thing about how great the youth is doing. I mean, they won the Coppa Italia, that has to count for something, doesn't it? They are a good group and our lower levels seem to actually be producing something.

I think it will be pretty clear how our summer is going to unfold pretty soon, and using Juventus as some sort of barometer is not exactly the best. I don't think Del Neri is a particularly good coach for big sides, and its obviously not just about the players, its about the chemistry and the club's environment. Many times us arm chair managers forget that.

Honda may come thanks to Fly Emirates as they want to market to the asian market more. An interesting option who may fit into Allegri's plans quite well.

Firstly, I want to say that despite him playing as a forward for Japan during the world cup, he is most definitely a midfielder imo. I think given that Allegri likes 4-3-1-2 and has already alluded to Dinho playing more centrally, so we could see something like...

I've tried not to assume too much about our lineup as I want to see Allegri's ideas on how to use Pirlo, Flamini and Ambro. However, Honda has an ability to drive forward and could be useful on the left of midfield. Japanese players are usually well disciplined too and he doesn't seem to be an exception, so defensively he should be sound. Factor in the fact that he used to play LB making this role easier for him to interpret, we could well find ourselves a very useful midfielder for the new season.

It would make some sense if Fly Emirates would help finance the purchase of Honda. Would be an excellent move, he's probably the biggest Asian star at the moment, and a fantastic player. Look how much having Park has helped Man U in the Asian market, perhaps something similar could happen for us with Honda.

He's a guy who's impressed in both the WC and the CL this season, and the fact that he can actually run would be a welcome addition.

IMO, the best way for Dinho to remain is playing as a forward.

He can dribble, shoot, cross, make through pass and head. These are all the requirements.

Pato wants him to stay and we want Pato to stay.

As Revolver wrote about Allegri's tactic, I think Dinho suits the left forward who can move to the left or play deeper to get ball.

Pato will play highest and move to the right when needed.

If Allegri plan to play so, Borri must adjust himself a lot to play the LF. Hunter will have the hardest training to be more all-rounded player.

Player like Kuyt and Cacau will be great assess if we want to play more dynamic. And Cacau is still free. I think he will be replace for Thomas Müller in the WC semifinal.

I don't think that anyone is under the impression that Juve have or assemble an awesome world beating team , just that they are trying to do something even if it isnt ideal in our eyes...while Milan MGT are talking about the 3 players we need and want to sell the most like they are trouble making ungratefull scum.

Juve can do anything they want, I want evidence of us moving forward. If we are not doing enough, 3rd or 4th makes no difference. Before you mention the importance of CL qualification I would say if the extra CL money is not being invested it makes no difference if we make the group stage or first knockout round, why would I really care if Berlu is making 5 or 10 mil from the CL?.

We are not moving forward at all...and I doubt that when the WC is over we will do much more either .

No ACM. He's the same static (second) striker as Ronaldinho. If Allegri wants Cassano (I really doubt in this), then it would be better to keep Ronaldinho.

AC Milan Set To Make Bid For Fulham Midfielder Clint Dempsey - Report
The USA star could be on his way to Italy...


Fulham midfielder Clint Dempsey is said to be on the radar of Italian giants AC Milan, according to reports emanating from Italy.

Yahoo! Sports reports that the USA international, who was a star for the American team at the World Cup finals in South Africa, could head to Milan in the summer.

Dempsey had a marvellous season with Fulham in 2009-10, helping to guide his side to the Europa League final, which they lost to Atletico Madrid.

A Milan source close to the club board has been quoted by Yahoo! Sports as saying, "[Dempsey] brings a lot of action and energy but he can be creative too. There are some options on the table but Dempsey is a realistic one. A bid is very possible, and soon.”

However, a source close to Fulham said that no formal bid has come in from the Rossoneri but added, “[Fulham] are aware that if a club like [Milan] comes in it's hard for a player to say no."
