Poli rumours may grow as milannews said Seedorf could be off to the US or Dubai in January.

I'm hoping yesterday's youth result was a blip (it seems likely as a lot of new players have come in). It's great to buy all these new stars, but we cannot lose focus on the youth drive.
Agree. We can't let youth to run it. It's not going to work out in CL. Yes, they are ultra motivated, but you need MORE than just motivation imho.

Coates has EU passport so no probs to sign both, and Poli too.

I think the Genoa result was a blip and maybe some fixing going on as it was played to the back-drop of the friendship between 2 clubs after death of Vincenco Spanielli (spelling) back in 1995. Galliani was in Genoa to say sorry, and I think our youth winning would be a back step.

Haven't seen highlights but app we were the more technical team and the younger team whilst Genoa were more physical and counter alot to succeed.

IMO if we keep our youth on this path with proper chances in 1st team then in a year or so they'd beat a team who played like Genoa, because physcail difference is less important, and the tactical understanding will have improved, coupled as I said with superior technique gives them a better grasp of the game as a whole.

Great Summer Mercato........does anyone know the extent of Nesta and Flamini's injuries? So I assume we will be playing like this

-----------------Abbiati--------------------
--Bonera-----Sokratis-----Thiago Silva-----Antonini

----------Ambrosini----Pirlo-----Prince--------

--Pato------------Ibra------------Ronnie-----

Pretty good

take it easy dude, Berlusconi is still the president, and Galliani is the DG. now they have 1 trillion reasons to B***H about lack or reinforcments, never forget this . though it would be a dream to see us signing a left back, a ganso and poli. and yes you can sell seeforf

I'm very surprised that we never pushed to get Alex Sanchez from Udinese, I think he is the next big thing in the Serie A.

after a good summer mercato i expect just a midfielder at most or fullback to come in in january.. or another striker you never know with berlu.. since every player becomes a want away at madrid we should look into a good fullback or midfielder from them:P

At first it seemed very funny too. It sort of pissed me off; these guys are the last ones who should be going on strike. But having looked at the proposed contract, the players aren't 100% wrong…

1. WAGES
Clubs want: Flexible contract, tied to results
AIC* wants: Only up to 50% variable

2. EXCLUSIVE
Lega Calcio: Players can be exclusively players.
AIC: players should be free to do what they want when they dont work

3. BEHAVIOR
Lega: Strict behavior code even off the field
AIC: total freedom off the field

4. MEDICAL TREATMENT
Clubs: Only from club specialists.
AIC: freedom to choose, making the clubs pay.

5. SANCTIONS
Clubs: Automatic incase of absence
AIC: To be decided on occasion by the the referee board

6. REFEREES
Lega: reform the board, with a president external to football
AIC: no change.

7. PREPARATION
Lega: The manager/coach can decide to separate players into different training groups
AIC: keep an only group

8. REJECTIONS
Lega: A player cannot reject a transfer to a club of the same quality and with guaranteed money. If he refuses, the contract will be resolved with 50%
of the salary being paid, and the player is free to sign with whom he pleases.
AIC: no change.

The players have their reasons, but Oddo being a representative is truly hilarious

Seedorf, Gattuso and Seedorf are also represenitives for this, you know what, THAT would complete our mercato. Just terminate all of their contracts

2 Seedorf?

I thought so when last season ended, but now, with Allegri the motivator Rino & Claren still have something to give.

However, this could be the last term for both.

You meaned Janku for the 3rd, didn't you? Well, he is ok for 3rd LB, I don't hate him, he is still useful, not like Kala.
