That could be true but Milan must not find the replacement for Kaka, Milan can take other option, to build a team without Kaka.

here you can see Dzeko's goal (the first one) from today's friendly vs. Oman

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DYolW-WGnY0

nice run between two defenders, followed by left foot shot from about 16-17 metres into the bottom right corner

Surely Milan can match Wolfburg's 2.5m EUR salary?

I read he wants to come to Milan as it's one of his favorite teams.

Wolfsburg have denied any interest of Milan and have said Dzeko is completely unsellable.

If Dzeko wants to go badly enough and Milan is willing to bid enough money, it will probably happen. A lot of clubs say this player or that isn't for sale to drive up the price.

Exactly. Perfect response.
In all honesty having Kaka was sometimes a burden, as he was starting to get a reputation as a ball hog. Just like Juventus, this is our chance to start a-fresh and have a new way of playing football.

Yeah but if Milan really wanted to sell Kaka for 70 mil, we should have secured Diego, and now Dzeko. Imagine Pato- Dzeko- Diego behind them. Niceeeeeee

Now Diego is with Juve and he will be one of the best players of Serie A next season.

yeah i'm thinking Wolfsburg only said these comments because they are trying to squeeze our bank balance. But whatever, i'm sure they'll come up with the goods. We need a big man up front. Its better if Borriello has a bit of competition next season.

Edit: In reply to Ricks comment.

Agree with the rest that it's just to get more money out of Milan's bank.

We have said the same thing about "I believe in Jesus" for 5 years. If he wanted to stay, he could have stayed.

Just like Gourcuff with Bordeaux.

I think this will be a difficult transfer. Not sure I see it happening anymore.

1) Their coach (Magath) left at the end of the season. The new coach doesn't want to lose one of the top players/scorers.

2) Wolfsburg just won their league, and want to do it again. IMHO, they were a surprise champ.

3) They know Milan is sitting on a ton of cash from Kaka and Gorky. They don't want to sell in the first place and only a ton of cash will force them to, which Berlu won't pay since he wants to pad his pockets (ahem... I mean pay off the supposed debts)

I think the only real possibility is if Dzeko forces Wolfsburg to allow him to transfer.

I would really like to see Dzeko at Milan, but am doubtful it may happen.
