1. Your say about Huntelaar haing chances more than he would have at any other team is over-exaggerated. He got limited chances and most of time he got chances (not as sub playing the last 10-15 minutes) he played as wing. FYI he is a finisher.
2. Ibra has not proved anything with Milan. Giving facts about his past is nothing more than giving facts about goals of Huntelaar has made.

The point of bringing this up now is to let the haters know that he has reason to fail with Milan, that he is not so bad like they ever thought. Any effect for Milan now? Nothing! But this is the beauty of a thread about certain player, information about him can be updated anytime. It is just like we remembered and talked about our wins AND bad moments in the past.

Huntelaar CAN also make 25 goals per season with Milan IF bla bla bla (read: IF we are in IF's world). Ibra has done nothing with Milan. People seem forgetting that Ibra HAS NEVER played a single game with Milan.

Point 1 agreed, point 2 to some extent. About the bolded part, I personally never think of Hunter as a bad striker. He was just not for us, will never get playing time if he chose to stay, but well, I wish him luck, always get starting time with his NT, and also topping the Bundesliga scoring charts this season, next season and so on. But to compare his goals for his NT with Ibra's (our current striker) for his NT and also with undermining tone about our current striker's ability to score goals with us based on comparison of their goals with their respective NT... well I don't know for others, but that hurts and irritating.

Okay I'll put back my word one year later when 2010/11 season ends. Until then, let's assume I say nothing about their (Huntelaar and Ibra) contribution for Milan.

I think we should close the book on this, I am not saying I want the last word but to say he got chances is a bit of a stretch.

There is no written rule concerning this. I don`t believe any of us will want to close Maldini`s thread or Rui`s thread for Instance.

Huntelar`s page should not and will not be closed if we debate reasonably, without using insults and personal feuds.
