Out of all the youngsters, I only liked Strasser and Berretta today. Merkel was bad, Montelongo was average at best; though Oduamendi seemed to have some nice trick today, I doubt that he could do it in any important game.

Oddo was great today, what the heck.

Oddo was excellent in the 1 game he played this year, he had 2 assists. He should be given a chance. He is way better than Bonera. He always works hard, and while not great defensively, he's certainly not the Worst defender on the team (Jankulovski)....

any highlights of the match would be appreciated. I saw the goals and must say I liked Pato's awareness on Seedorf's goal.

I agree with the people that said Berretta was good. I was impressed by his movement and what he did. He had one very good goal and then a very good shot saved. Fought for the ball and found himself in dangerous positions plenty of times. Had some good touches and fought off the defender greatly once to be free on goal, yet the ref. somehow gave a free kick the other way. He was actually our most active forward when he came in. Anyhow,I remember he was impressive last time I saw him too, so i hope he keeps up the good work because he can have a future here.

From the others, Strasser looked pretty composed and a good bet. Showed good maturity on the field. Other then that, Oduamadi was bad i thought. And Merkel never really got into the game. He needs more of the ball to have any kind of impact, and he didn't see enough of it today.

Ibra is suspended and Robinho is injuried, so Cassano & Pato will be our starting forwards. Hope that they cooperate well.

My Lineup vs. Cagliari:

----------------------Pato----------------
----------Cassano------------------------
-------------------------------------------
----------------Seedorf------------------
-------Pirlo----------------Gattuso------
---------------Ambrosini-----------------
-------------------------------------------
Antonini---------------------------Abate
-------------T. Silva---Nesta-------------
-------------------------------------------
-----------------Abbiati-------------------

Obviously I would NEVER choose this midfield, but Ronaldinho is gone, Ibra is suspended, Robinho is injured, Flamini & Boateng are injured, so we need to start the Senatori. Strasser, Merkel will be on call as well, and Beretta may be seen on the bench as well.

Not that good. He should be our starter of the play but he disappeared in many occasions. That was however his first time since years to play in midfield. I am still sure that he is more than capable to play in front of two CBs but that would be a dilemma too since he has been outstanding playing as CB.

Dinho's brother cum agent said that if there's no agreement made then Dinho will return because he is still a Milan player until June. That said, why was Dinho allowed to leave the camp when his negotiations with other clubs are still underway? Isn't that what an agent is for, to iron out the business side so the player can focus solely on the pitch? Now that Robinho is injured and Cassano needs time to be fit we're left with only Pato and Ibra.

Clearly Allegri doesn't want Ronaldinho to play another minute. Perhaps understandably so.

Pirlo & Rino are also injuried, mate, so we may see Silva play as DM.

So, in other words, this is our injury/suspension list?:

Ibrahimovic (Suspended 1 Game)
Robinho (weeks)
Inzaghi (out for season)
Flamini (weeks)
Boateng (days-weeks)
Gattuso (?)
Pirlo (weeks)

anyone else?

In that case I'd want to see:

-----------------Pato------------
------------Cassano------------
---------------------------------
-------------Seedorf------------
-----Strasser--------Zambrotta-
-------------Ambrosini----------
Nini-------------------------Abate
----------Silva--Nesta-------------

If Zambrotta is injured as well, then Merkel...another option is to put Seedorf in midfield, then Cassano to trequartista, and Berretta up top with Pato.

This certainly has become an injury crisis, as we have games Thursday and Sunday this week.

We can use Abate as midfielder, maybe Roni as tre and Seedorf more behind.
