No, it wasn't credited to his 71 goals... JDT scored it before the ball passed the line and tried to grab the fame, but he didnt

bale injury

In answer to your question ref bale. It`s a muscle in his back. Came off against Newcastle to avoid aggravating it.
Nothing serious but seeing the osteopath this week

Too early to see who will start, or to do formations, but my guess is this will be our lineup in at least one of the games:

---------Ibrahimovic---------Pato------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
---------------------Robinho-----------------------
---------Pirlo--------------------Gattuso-----------
--------------------Ambrosini-----------------------
Vila---------------------------------------------Abate
--------------T. Silva-------Nesta---------------------
---------------------------------------------------------
---------------------Abbiati----------------------------

*Another option is to play T. Silva as DM, Ambrosini in Pirlo's position, and Pirlo in Robinho's position.
* Our DM (whoever it may be) will man-mark Modric while Abate and Gattuso double-team Gareth Bale
* Robinho and Pato may switch to a 4-3-3 and attack the wide positions on counter attacks to expose guys like Lennon and Bale....

Forza Milan!

After Bale who has had problems of injury, it's now Modric who could miss the first game against Milan ...

Is it me or there is a curse against the midfielders of Tottenham and Milan ?

Well, what I mean by that is they lose 2 starters ...
We lost 3 starters (and their replacements), well now 2 as Flamini is back even if we should wait to see him for several games before saying such a thing, it's now an habit in Milan for injured players to be injured again after their come back ...

I agree ^^, I've see a few games by Spur since we drew them.... we should have them in our pocket if we play as compact as we did in October/November... but if we play like we did in January it will be a 50/50 game because we have really been bad (granted that we have many players out)

We had three, not two midfielders out last night. Bale, Modric, Huddlestone. You cannot class Bale as a left back, he doesn't play there any more.

Bassong and Gallas are not our first choice centre backs.

Our confidence grew last night. It was a game few of us expected to win.

Just like against Manchester United last year, during the first 20-45 minutes at the San Siro, AC Milan will make half a dozen chances. Now if AC Milan again fail to finish the chances in the early part of the game, then we could be in trouble. I still believe ACM could have won against Man-Utd last year if 2 of the many chances were scored in the early parts of the match.

I saw there are NT games ?! Before the CL game ?
I hate that, UEFA could make a better schedule, a NT break in January (which would have helped the best teams) would have been better than in February when serious things start ...

I don't think we should underestimate Spurs, they have good players all round, except perhaps central defence and forwards, but still, we don't want to go in all cocky and proud and end up getting shamed like inter
