Chievo excluded from Serie B for the 2021-22 season, failed to register financial guarantees, Cosenza back to Serie B

Wild situation:
Brescia was about to sack Inzaghi to replace him with Diego Lopez but they've now realized they aren't allowed to
Sky reports that there's a clause in Pippo's contract that says he cant be sacked if his team is in the top 8 of Serie B (currently 3rd place)

Good job, Pippo, just give Olzer more playing time Big Grin

Crotone is now also in 3rd place (from the bottom), we could haggle the price for Messiah!

They expect/have team to be first (win automatic promotion - top 2 places). 3rd place leads to promotion play offs where anything can happen. I guess board don't want to gamble and wants someone who can secure automatic promotion instead of levitating in unclear areas, where fate could be decided in last round or two.
Unfortunately for them, it seems that they didn't read small letters on the bottom of contract.
Avaiting for arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.

Brescia have sacked Inzaghi going against the clause in his contract... This would going to be a legal battle Big Grin

Yes,but now they dropped further back.

BTW, it looks like our friends Berlusconi and Galliani might be back in Serie  A next season.

Gabbia and Maldini on loan to Monza would be good for both parties
