This Juventus team has shades of Allegri's Milan downfall in the early 2010s. Bunch of names that have not performed at the highest level for a while now. Overpaid and with the hopes that they'll start performing like they did 3-4 years ago. 3-4years is a long time in football. So although in his previous spell, his slow starts were bailed out by the squad he had....it may not be that dimple this time around.
I think so, the departure of Giuseppe Marotta was the beginning of a clueless Juve in Mercato.
In this season I don't know why they must buy Locatelli when there are: Rabiot, Ramsay, McKennie, Bentancur, and Arthur.
I happily miss the old Juve with tireless warriors, creative playmakers, skillful fantasista and no-nonsense clinical CF. This Juve lack fighting spirit, stamina on the wings, creativity at the center, and a reliable CF.
They are still very strong for current Serie A, but not as intimidating as before.
