Obviously I’d first make a go for Conte, and if he would opt for another team, I’d try one of Paulo Fonseca, Laurent Blanc, Simone Inzaghi, Leonardo Jardim or Gasperini.
It's not a subjective term. Trophies, winning percentage, etc. Style of play is fair enough but Gattuso's tactic is to play from the back. I'd prefer a more open approach but I don't think we have the personnel for it. Good list of managers. All of which have pros and cons. Other than Conte, I'm a bit skeptical that they'd work at Milan
