I'm not a fan of 4-3-1-2 if I'm honest. I think unless it transforms into other shapes (like I said in my post about 4-2-3-1), it is very rigid and narrow to play.
However, I'm not saying no to 4-3-1-2 or any particular system, AS LONG AS we're flexible and follow the core concept I've discussed in recent weeks (essentially my posts about Sacchi's idealogy).
