One of the groups involved, SDIC....

State Development & Investment Corporation (SDIC) is the largest state owned investment company in China.

For the year end 2015, their OI was a huge 115 billion and net profits over 16 billion.

So it's not like this group won't have money. Willingness to invest is something different.

EDIT: By the way, I'm not sure if those numbers are in Yuan or Dollars or Euros. I want to say that it's probably Yuan as that would be way too big of a number in Euros I think. Either way, it's still a lot of money that just this one group works with. I believe if you convert it to Euros, their net profits turn out to be somewhere around 2.2 Billion Euros for 2015.

Galliani is the one and only human cockroach. The guy just won't go away! It's like there is some sort of a curse around him....and whoever gets into a dispute with him just simply disappears!
