Summer Mercato 2011
I think we'll get Aquilani AND Montolivo and they'll be doing great. Mark my words and remember it one year from now.
MILAN! MILAN! SOLO CON TE!
MILAN! MILAN! SEMPRE PER TE!

If Galliani wants someone, he will just go and get it... These are all tricks, someone he feels 'if we have great, if we don't it's pretty much ok'

Everyone seems to forget we paid 10million for an 18yr old called al-sharawy... and that's for only half the contract...

Galliani has already moved for players he really wanted, now it's about the add-ons...

As far as I know, we didn't pay 10 millions for El Shaarawy, we gave them money plus the half of Merkel. So that should be around 5 million in cash for Shaarawy this summer...

in us maybe being able to buy next summer.

Stop.

Stop what ?
And you think we are fine as we are Seedorf/V.Bommel/Rino with Ambro ad first sub that's not cool.
Inter had an awful 4 months last season under Benitez , it won't happen like that again. We won the league by 6 points all it would of taken was 2 wins and a draw in that period and they would of won...we need midfielders and to say otherwise is not true.

Boateng will play RCM or LCM

“My preferred role is trequartista and I’m enjoying it, albeit not for much longer,” Boateng told Tuttosport. “Coach Allegri already told me in future I’ll have to play in midfield, on the right or the left. I think our team is complete, so a new buy isn’t crucial, although obviously I don’t make those decisions. If a player arrives who can help us to win, then he’s very welcome. Competition is healthy for individuals and the group.”

It's not surprising, it was noticable that he is not very effective as a trequartista. Anyway that's what I like about Allegri, he's aware of things and not wasting time to make decisions. Boateng's abilities can be very fruitful on the midfield, if he gets used to it. Maybe in time he will even start to like it. With his mentality, he could be a next generation Gattuso with offensive qualities Smile

Maybe that means Alllegri wants to use Robinho or Cassano as a trequartista... I think we have a training match on Sunday, we shall see what is on his mind.

Stop in your thinking that next summer will be different. You are starting to sound like those posters who thought we would spend 100 million this summer.

But my post sounded rude. I actually think you are one of the better posters here and I didn't mean disrespect. My bad.....
Can I go on record right now that if we were to get either Aquilani or Monto, my vote would be for monto by far....
I didn't take it rudely at all. Football is heated business.
I do think you misunderstood me , what I mean is by saving money here and there it will allow to have money in the future , however small.
I know we won't have big money , but if they save 4 mil on Aqua then it can be toward someone else or a Bunga-Bunga party.

Boateng's tactical awareness still needs improving, but after a year with Milan, I think he can cope with new position(s).

And about transfer, it seems that we agree with Scudetto as main objective Big Grin

Boateng started last year as a RCM and played best in that position. He will go back to playing that position or LCM. My opinion is that we may get Ganso sooner rather than later and no one for midfield. If we dont get Ganso, and play with Robinho or Cassano as ACM, we will be in trouble against better teams, but never underestimate the cheapness of our management
Problem wi Ganso is that Santos want to hold on to him till Jan.

As for Milan, still don't understand why Monty and Aqua will make huge impact to Milan since I don't think any of them can knock someone in last yr starting 11 out barring injuries. Which is quite sad.
I don't agree at Berlu not wanting to spend bc Milan will win Serie A and give up on CL. As I said before, Milan will most likely be in a group of death and as Serie A champ, it will look really bad if they can't advance. I mean at least last year the excuse could be no Cassano, MVB and injuries and that's why Spurs KO Milan, what excuses can they use this time.
