Just bc Milan is link with someone long ago, does not mean it was a plan. Dinho was link with Milan long ago and finally arrive yrs later, does that mean Galli and Berlu were prophets and getting Dinho was a plan yrs in the making?

Now is Monty and Aqua, careful planning or panic buy? Not going into that since we will never know. As if they prove to be successful, they we all we think they are a plan but if they struggle they will be consider panic buy but then again since they are cheap no one will care. Having said that from the look of it, it is very hard to believe it is a thought out plan to wait for Aqua in order to get the best price possible, since as u said Galli said Mr. X will come at Aug 31 and Milan Milan has not sign any players since then would clubs like Pool think Mr . X is Aqua, thus won't drop the price much.
Pls don't go and say that Galli is willing to wait for Monty as a way to lower his price and a thought out plan signing bc he is free next yr, since Milan needs mid fielder now and Galli pretty much could wait for any players as long as they r free.

It is interesting how some here kept defending the MGT like a religion while others just trash them the way they deserve. As supporters and fans, if they begin to support other teams they are being call traitors, wagon jumpers, sell outs... But r these supporters wrong to support another team where people who run the club actually care for the fans and is willing to put the most competitive squad on the pitch? since the owners and MGT actually do care about the team like the fans? Take Inter fans for example, they r pretty gutted that Eto is gone and the team has not be signing players to further improve since the treble. But Morratti never once came out and state so and so will arrive or Mr. X Y Or Z is coming, rather he just said Inter is poor and can't afford big name signings. U have to give him credits for that.
Ofcourse there is still a week till THE DAY, and Galli and Berlu can sign guys like Mr. X.

also something very true, which leads us to maybe getting keita as well

its not a problem of transfer fee to buying a player, because that value is always more or less there and we call always sell to regain that money, its always a question of high wage which is why one player in one player out policy that we've recently had.. if it was a question of no money to spend we wouldn't have let pirlo go for free because im sure after even another season even sitting on the bench a team like anzhi etc would come up with a 10-15million offer.. depending on the seriousness of flaminis injury, keita may be a 3rd signing this summer according to a mercato proffesional from milannews..

kaka,aqua,keita is an amazing transfer market if u ask me

How much is Flamini out for? Keita would be a decent signing IMO. Experienced and solid player, can really help us from the bench mostly.

Urby isn't a DM though. Only Ambro is left.

Flamini, Ambrosini, Bommel and Gattuso are enough DM's IMO, also KP boateng could play that role!

That is our problem with DMs, we have two DM who both are injury prone. It was often IIRC that both were injured in the same time. This makes our midfield lacking of players but they are not! We have 4 DMs and it should be enough for 2 spots, the problem is half of the players were injury prone. We should sell Flamini this summer, he injured himself very often. Ambrosini we can't sell, too old and he has been here for such long time, we should sell him when he had still decent price.
