We talk about 45M in total

This week will be on fire my friend
According to Montella Milan took Crutone off the market before tonight's match, so I guess he is staying. Good news as far as I'm concerned!

I've said it before. I'd rather a top winger and another Mid to finish off the team. Give two of the most promising strikers in Italy more opportunity to play this season.
One or both might surprise us.

I think we may end up with a top mid

Posted this about him in the match thread as I wanted to say something similar:

Few 18 year olds can have better Serie A debuts than he did. Penalty won, great movement in the goal he scored and assisted. His best quality at the moment seems to be his positioning. His performance was Belotti-esque yesterday. Remains to be seen how well he can consistently hold the ball up, make passes without losing the ball. The kid will make mistakes, plenty of them. I really hope he goes out on loan. We cannot afford to play him and watch him mature, we aren't the Milan of the past anymore. We spent 230 million not to gamble on 18 year olds and Cutrone is a gamble not a certainty. I'd say a Serie A loan to Crotone would do him good and we can go for our star striker instead.

Keeping Cutrone at Milan would be bad for all parties involved. Milan will suffer as times will come where we'll need to use our third striker and the pressure will be on Cutrone. Pressure like that at a club like Milan for an 18 year old can really break you - ask Pato and Gilardino. After failing at Milan those players were never really the same again. Cutrone is someone who at the moment seems to only possess good positioning with a good finish. He needs to work on his technique, body balance/physicality and passes. He can only improve vastly on that by playing regularly and we can't offer him that. Cutrone's growth will slow down and Milan won't have that 20 goals/season striker that we sorely need ahead of Cutrone.

We have Silva + Kalinic now. We just need that icing on the cake. A world-class LW or CF with another v.good mezzala. Cutrone can go to Crotone and aim to get 10 goals this season and if he does that, we can bring him back next year and reassess. Plus Cutrone-Crotone just sounds good together just like Arsenal-Arsene. I feel we owe to destiny to make it happen Big Grin

The difference between Cutrone and guys like Pato and Gilardino (who are two very different cases) is mainly that Cutrone won't be our first choice AND he knows Milan very well as he's a homegrown player ... When you look at Locatelli, Donnarumma, Calabria, they don't seem to suffer too much from the pressure of our club as they have been in this environment and this club for several years. The same could happen for Cutrone, and he looks like an animal on the pitch wanting to eat his opponents and prove he deserves to wear this Milan shirt.

I'd give him a chance as a consequence. The mistake IMO is to take Kalinic.

What an enjoyment it would be to see 1 player coming from our Primavera for each line on the pitch (GK-Defender-Midfielder-Striker). And they all know each other quite well as they are from the same generation.

PS : Anyone noticed how André Silva looked at Cutrone when he was waiting for him to replace him ? Big Grin
One should not speak ill of the dead.
So stop laughing at Juventus !
I like cutrone, i think he have a bright future, either a loan or stay i think it will benefit him, but i still prefer a loan where he can play regularly, if crotone willing to play him every match then i wouldn't mind sending him on loan there, but with no option to be sold, maybe an incentive for crotone if they manage to play him a certain amount of games.
