Going by this logic.. even i could walk up to elliots offices.. fill up a loan form for 500million to buyout lets say Perugia.. when i get the money.. i could literally juz disappear in Curacao.. that makes no business sense does it?

No, you can't. Because you can't cover 500M loan even if you left Perugia to them as your garantions. On the other hand ,you will not get 500M in cash ,packed in suitcase so that you can just disappear with money... It's specific loan for specific transaction ,so if you try to do anything else with that money ,like to withdraw it from bank account or to make some another transaction ,money transfer will be blocked and you will be arrested for fraud. Lol ,it's not movie ,it's real life.
Avaiting for arrival of exorcist into our boardroom.

Are you wort 500+ mil though. Nobody is saying that Li is a broke ass bum with no money that applied for a loan. It was reported that he is worth 500 mil. We don't know how much of that is liquid though and the guy clearly has assets and some money...but he also has had issues transferring over 10 mil for capital increases within the given deadlines.

At this point, imo, Elliot already has a buyer. They'll even give more money to Milan in order for the operating expenses to be paid and for the club not to default on anything and risk interaction with the courts or god fobrid, administration. If Li refinances, fine. They get their money and interest back and are happy. If not, they'll resell the club easily....and if as I'm thinking they already have a buyer, they'll do it almost immediately.
Should Milan be excluded from next year’s Europa League, they will have €20 million less to spend on the transfer market.

Perugia was just an example.. not being particularly specific.. also.. taking loans to do whatever the hell u want isnt that difficult.. lets use that Malaysian Govt Scandal 1MDB.. it was a company created by the Former Prime Minister who was also the Finance Minister and also the Chairman of 1MDB.. he successfully swindled the whole country into a debt of 42Billion with loans from a crapload of Banking entities.. it wasnt even smartly done coz the whole paper trail was picked up by multiple Foreign Govt Agencies.. my point is.. the loans were taken with the written guarantee of the Country but the loans were deposited into multiple accounts of different banks in Curacao (a country well known for money laundering) British Virgin Islands and also Cayman Islands.. corporate accounts and also private accounts.

If He.. a well known public figure could do it right infront of the worlds eyes.. why not some dude in China.. from the very beginning no one knew who Li was or his Worth remember?

Well.. not 500m worth.. i barely breaking it to half of 500k.. but i aint no broke ass bum either..
what makes me wonder,is why silvio berlusconi couldnot find a serious buyer for the club. if for instance i decide to sell something i am emotionally tied with, i would look for the best option in perspective.
why didnt he do that?
