Sky report that the new Milan shareholder is a Malaysian living in Singapore and represents a group of investors. The intermediary of negotiations is Jorge Mendes who is currently in Singapore to carry on negotiations.

Jorge Mendes was also performing the same role when Peter Lim bought Valencia. I also read the new investors may get majority share in the future.
