15-20m

Interesting you mention Kouame as he could play SS alongside Piatek. He did before. He could also play third striker. I'm all for it

It's why I thought of Him. We could play him as SS alongside Piatek as well as trying him as the Main Striker alongside a Silva/Borini(assuming Cutrone is sold)

Would be a good young striker to bring through. and a potential starter depending on how Silva works out. This is also assuming the reports of Silva sticking around because Giampaolo likes him are correct.

I don't think Kouame/Silva is a good pairing.  Silva isn't going anywhere unless we loan him out again.  I'd rather Piatek/Kramaric/Kouame rotation but that probably isn't going to happen

I don't think so either but it's worth trying if we end up with those three players.
Not sure Silva is going anywhere regardless of interest from the sounds of reports.
Piatek/Kramaric/Kouame - that would be good although not sure Piatek/Kramaric would work.

If only we had the $$$ to have Piatek/Kramaric/Kuame/Silva.

would give us options and depth but only needed if we were planning on fighting to win EL as well as make a UCL spot. On that note, the whole EL ban thing's gone quiet
About that last thing, UEFA commitee and CAS are on summer break, nothing will happen for 2019-2020

As for Silva, I will make an easy prediction....Silva as a sub player will not work out. Unless Giampaolo is such a risk taker to give him starts early in the season then we might as well loan him, for a loan I guarantee there will be 10+ teams interested.

This I agree with. We saw what keeping him on the becnh does. So Unless Giampaolo starts him, it'll end in another 12 months of an average player and kill his value some more. As for loaning him. I did suggest last season he should have been loaned to a Genoa type club. One where he'd be starting week in week out in the Serie A.
Piatek/Kramaric would work fine. I think our next meeting is after EL starts so it seems we'll be competing in it

Yep and hope he increases his value
I would be very hesitant to send Cutrone away. He probably will never be the next Inzaghi, but I have always hoped that he will become the next Massaro or the next Simone.

This comment is not based on his playing style, just to be clear. It is Milan's tradition to never have an Italian striker as our main scorer. It is always a foreigner, from van Basten to Weah to Shevchenko (Inzaghi may be the only exception, but even so, he has not been that prolific anyway.) We have never had Azzurri's top choice striker, such as Vialli or Vieri.

In the meantime, we would have a second fiddler, such as Massaro, Simone, or Gilardino. They either partner the main striker or be their understudy, but could consistently contribute around 10 goals a season. I have hoped that Cutrone can be that.
Silva can be sold. There will be interest. The thing is that we need to lower our expectations. We can not sell him for 30mil any longer. But if we ask for 20, then it can be done I think.

As for the SS position, I would like a player that's a hybrid between a CF and AM/W. Someone that's comfortable dropping into the hole making our formation a christmas tree at times when in possession but still able to score goals. Think of Hazard for example. Drops deep to participate in play and combine, can go wide and beat his man, but is also good for 15-20 goals a season.
Obviously we can't get Hazard or anyone of his stature. We can't get a player of that level that will score 15-20 goals and participate in the play. That would cost more then 100mil. But my point is, we need a player of that style to give us the numbers in the midfielder (Attacking Midfield, that is) when needed but also contribute numbers as a CF (maybe we are talking about someone that can score 10 goals a season and participate in the play).
