True but we would have spent more in Summer probably would have bought Depay, Praet, and Gasperini and would have sold Players like Samu, Kessie, and Suso.

This, very true.

The difference is we are handicapped with spending because of no CL and we still managed roughly 100m or so in signings. With CL we could have significantly improved this squad and no doubt done better than Atalanta.

Still, no point talking about IFs. Currently, Milan is hardly any better than Atalanta, that is our reality.
