Not really.. he has flopped for 2 and 1/2 seasons.. 
Lets say in theory Neymar would cost 250m.. Coutinho 
at this moment cant be valued more than 40m.. His stats have been quite atrocious for someone who is supposedly worth more than 50m

Barca would have to accept a massive hit on their ffp sheets while risking another issue with ffp by signing Neymar.. they wont go down this road

8 goals in 21 Bundesliga matches so far this season. For a midfielder/winger, that's not too bad imo.
54 matches, 11 goals for Barcelona last season. Not bad either taking into account his role in the team.
I've seen players doing less go for more than €40m... Transfermarkt values him at €70m.
Branding him a flop has to do with unrealistically high expectations.

I mean, a few months ago people in here thought we could get €30-40m for Suso...

Aridonaldo.. i was never one of those people who thought we could sell Suso for 30 or 40m realistically.. he has always been a 13-20m type of layer.. back on Coutinho, if those stats were for someone like SMS type layer.. yes.. its decently good.. but Coutinho was bought for about 120m iirc.. those stats are nowhere near those figures..

He has never been the type of player to be the main goalscorer in any team. Just because Barcelona overpaid paying €120m of him you can't suddenly expect him to turn into a new Messi. I still think you are expecting way too much for the type of player he is.

Anyway, I seriously don't think there's any chance of him coming here. Was he ever really linked?

I don't think Barcelona will really buy Neymar in the near future. Injury-prone, egoistic, actor. Maybe we can exchange him with Romagnoli(Barca are interested party for Roma) and get Malang Sarr for free from OGC NICE to fill his shoes.
