If he goes, there is nothing we can blame him for. He has been here for years and served quite loyally, and deserves a better place. 

I don't think we need the money though, if you get what I am trying to say. It is not like we would spend the money wisely and improve the squad. Even the saved money probably goes to Elliott's bank account, which means nothing to me. The same goes to Donnarumma. I am just annoyed with all the drama surrounding him, so if he wants to go, go. But he is useful and important to us (although still a lot to improve), and the money we get out of him will for sure not be enough to get someone equally good. That's what I meant when I didn't think it was a money issue.

We're run like shit to put it bluntly. We need the money purely to balance the books. The only way we stay under FFP at the moment is by selling players for a profit. Without that we'll get nowhere financially. 
I get what you're saying though. I really do. But we're just not the old Milan anymore. Until we start pulling new revenue streams and stop leaking money every which way, this is how it's going to be. 
On Donnarumma. You have to wonder how much of it is Media crap and how much of it is Raiola just fishing for the most $$ for his client.

Whenever football returns UEFA and TV rights and other sponsors will need to reassess everything. There will be lots of money as people get back to normal but I wouldn't be shocked if FFP is modified for a while to help teams spend and invest faster.
