Lazio has contacted Raiola for Romagnolli. I dont see why this wouldnt go through given Roma is a huge Lazio fan

I am not worried about losing players this year, any transfer window will not be normal and probably movement will be less. In 2021 who knows...

Lazio can't afford Romagnoli. No way would they pay him the wages we are. For example, I believe Immobile is at around 2.3-2.5 a year net. Let's not even talk about the transfer fee.
We may have fallen low...but we are not yet at a point where Lazio can sign our captain.
