Lazio can't afford Romagnoli. No way would they pay him the wages we are. For example, I believe Immobile is at around 2.3-2.5 a year net. Let's not even talk about the transfer fee.
We may have fallen low...but we are not yet at a point where Lazio can sign our captain.
