Yes might be... include Pioli stubbornness and his extreme love for overpriced Fiorentina players, Gazidis incompetence.
Signing 16/17 years old players won't give us UCL in a year.
Forza Diavolo ale!!!
AC Milan are willing to let Alen Halilovic leave the club this summer, according to a report, with interest arriving from one club in particular.

As Fabrizio Romano’s latest for Calciomercato.com states, Halilovic has returned to Milan from his loan at Heerenveen in the Netherlands, where he made 17 appearances and scored one goal.

I am hoping some newly promoted Serie A might take him on loan, I will give him the last chance there before selling

Only one year left on his contract, so might as well give him away now. Can't sell him next year.

Anatomy of a crap player
Forza Diavolo ale!!!
I thought Benfica was interested in Halilovic. Maybe include him in a package for Florentino Louis?

Move on, sign Cavani.

Cavani apparently close to signing for Benfica. Must be offering huge money. IIRC he's taking home 12m a season. Benfica are stupid enough to give him top $$. I don't think we should be. Why refuse to give Ibra 7.5m when he brings the Ibra affect as well as his on field performances, only to sign another old striker and give him 7.5m a season.
Better the Devil you know.

So if Ibra wants 7.5mil net, it'll cost Milan roughly 9.5mil in total. So I incorrectly calculated even more previously.

This new law is a big advantage and can allow us to us sign players from outside of Italy for a lot cheaper compared to other countries.

Yep. It's not as bad as people make it out to be. That being said, Not sure why we don't take advantage of this more. Would allow us to essentially "steal" players from the EPL and La Liga. Offering them a higher take home figure than those leagues without pulling out high amounts of $$$.

maybe it’s just the journalists doing their jobs to sell papers or post click bait news. It is transfer season after all (not literally, but it’s been unofficially open since the lockdown started).

Don’t believe everything you read. We have quite a long time left for transfers. It’s open for the month of September right? That gives us at least 45 days left from today. That’s a long ass time to do so much.

THIS! I think a lot of what is being posted for all teams is nothing more than paper talk. Silly season is well and truly in affect and with the absence of real news, the media outlets will "make" news.
There's a Bakayoko screenshot floating around showing his Banner as Him in Milan top with the San Siro as the background.
A bit of fishing around has shown that it's not hs Facebook profile, although interesting that his facebook hasn't been used since he left Milan then suddenly on the 8th of August he started using it again. Could be a coincidence.
Either way. IF he is signed. would be a great depth signing and one that could easily steal a first team spot off Kessie should Bakayoko hit the form he was in when he was here last.
I'm actually surprised Monaco decided not to keep him considering he did quite well there.
If we want CL Pobega type is not a ready enough back up, Bakayoko type signings may not be super great but are needed. But window is still not open and may be we should judge success on departures even more than incoming. Let's see if Milan can actually sell well for once. Calabria for 15 (the new rumour) would be pretty good for example but somehow I think 7-10 more likely. RR for less than 3 is dumb, it should be 7 or more.
