-I agree, we can't rely on just him up front. But with Rebic and Leao able to play backup, we could probably make do with one of the youngsters as backup.

1. We have players who are finished with 1 injury in their prime. Caldera? So no reason to worry about that, its whether he will be fit enough to play all the games next season, we have a lot more games with europa league. 

2. Hakan has actually found consistency this 2nd half of the season playing behind Ibra so give him some credit for it. Maybe he need to play in that position instead of down the flank. Kessie is very consistent, either consistently bad or good. He is good in his current role and that is what matters. Samu is not lacking in consistency but he lack the ability to take on the opponents which we require. 

3. That true and its worrying for me. We really need that CB there. 

4. He was the best player playing under Rino but he can be quite be quite trash so its a gamble taking him as he need to play in a certain role to make it work. Pioli is the best guy to make it work for him so not too worried but I would not want him for 30M. 

5. These 2 are just inconsistent and can be a liability sometimes. We definitely need a good upgrade here.

I don't know what's wrong with Milan fan mindset, Last year many here called Barella overrated and overpriced, degenerated Sensi as 'Sassuolo' level player and looked what they turned for Merda. (Sensi without injuries is one of the best midfielders in Serie A).

Get this by heart that you will not be going to get highly-rated young players at a price of 10-15 until unless you have very cordial relations with the club or they have been relegated, Merda signed Barella for combined 50M loan deal, Sensi for around 25M loan deal, we have to digest a bitter pill that our Management is the most incompetent, slow, useless, Maldini takes literally a month to negotiate for a player, Gazidis is a bloody miser and I have no shame to call our management among the worst in Italy's Top 8/9 clubs(maybe Lazio would be worst).
Calling Chiesa 'not proven' is a bit laughable in any standard, he has racked up to 150 senior matches at the age of 22, yes Chiesa is overpriced(he is surely 40-50M player for me) and he has been playing in out of position in both Montella and iachini team, often have to play as wing-back or CF when he is a pure RW and one more thing is that Italian forwards take time to reach prime, this has been proven quite a lot of time.

Barella is overpriced at 50M. I like how he play but he is a 30-35M type of player for me. Same goes for Tonali, I hope we get him. 

Sensi only played how many games? 10? 15? We cannot afford a injury prone player, we don't have the depth to make it work. He cost more than 30M too. 

We got Bennacer for less than 20M and he is a better buy than the 2 above so I don't get what you are ranting about. We are not the same club as before, we can't go out and buy players like inter. 

We have a decent team now but we really need more depth for rotation, injuries, suspension. With our limited budget, we need to get a better overall squad so that we can drop players that are out of form, injuried etc.
