Well, the rumour is also that Real Madrid don't want to sell so it's just a loan or it comes with a buy back clause. If so, there's no chance of a Theo-like steal. Unless the buy back clause is significantly higher than what we buy him for.

If they are asking resale value for Diaz, then it's ok but not for buy-back clause(sounds such a small club) but I will prefer Oscar anyday
