This what the problem with the lowly clubs, they couldn't able to maintain same intensity throughout the game. 

I don't think Italy should cut down the teams to 18, even though bottom teams have horrible financial conditions, they can be used for the player development, loaning the youngsters. Serie A in recent times have improved a lot considering the fact that many clubs underwent ownership changes, Parma, Fiorentina, Bologna which ofcourse have strengthen the mid table and I think clubs Sampdoria, Genoa and Nazio should find new owners. (and yeah we too )

Cutting down is something that should be law across all leagues but will never happen of course. Almost all leagues run from August to May yet to finish schedules they need multiple league midweek games besides Europe and cups. Beyond difference in quality it is fatigue and lack of training time that affects what is seen on the pitch.

Great young players can also play at the top clubs. We are a good example of that recently. But not only. Other top half table teams consistently field young players if they are good enough. The mentality in Italy has changed in the last several years.

You are also forgetting that dropping the league down ro 18 teams significantly raises the level of both Serie A and Serie B since higher quality sides will be playing in B as well. Majority of young players start their development in Serie B, so what you said won't change. Youngsters can develop in B where the level will then be higher. The very good ones will find space in A. 

But it's a mute point. As Reza said, it's not going to happen. Money rules. It's the only reason why the league was expanded to 20 and it's still the only reason it's staying like that. Every other thing (as Reza listed a few) imo points to an 18 team league being a better option...except for money.

Let me explain Borja Mayoral to Roma deal-

Mayoral will join Roma on a two-year loan with the Italians retaining the option to buy him outright at the end of this season and the next. But now there are new reports saying Napoli has not been banned and they just didn't want to travel themselves.

I hate Juventus and trust me, I'm not defending them, but this is really confusing...especially for someone like me that has no understanding of Italian laws, etc.

What I do know is that if a team has at least 13 available players, they need to play. Sucks, fair, not fair...you name it...but these were the protocols put in place and everyone agreed to them and started the season. If it happens to us, fine. If it happens to other teams, fine. Equal for everyone.

Starting from there, Napoli only has 1 (or maybe 2 now?) players that are COVID positive. Just because they were "exposed" doesn't mean much. All of us are exposed every day. You leave your house and you are exposed for all you know. This is what the tests are for and they have to be trusted. Otherwise there is no point in playing any more this season because this is the norm now. It's just like Milan refusing to play games because the squad was "exposed" because of Duarte and Ibra.

The second point here is that it's unclear if Napoli has been banned from traveling or not. Until that's clear, we can't really blame Juventus...even though it seems so natural for us these days.

And lastly....how can local authorities ban Napoli from traveling? Maybe they have the ability to not let them back in the city without showing they are negative prior to returning....but they can't stop them from leaving the city if the country is open for trade/business, right? Like I said, I have little to no understanding of the Italian laws...but this is what makes sense to me.

I agree with this. They have to take a strong stance. Otherwise this will happen every weekend and the season will be a mess. Test the players and trust the tests. Or don't play this season. Simple as that.

The whole Lazio team is mid-table team, if not for Immobile and Alberto, they would have battling Verona and Udinese kind of clubs. They are gonna give bad name for Italy in UCL for both their shitty performances and Nazi salutes
