Even Bennacer and moving Tonali in Bennacer's place. A separate option is Leao/Rebic as SSs with Ibra. Obviously the last 2 options i mentioned require a change of formation...but the point is, there are options

They always say that don't fix anything if it ain't broken. I would stick to the winning formation for now. If Pioli changes the formation, it must be because that he has tested it many times in training; instead of doing it just to accommodate one player's injury. 

That said, I would love to see Tonali getting incorporated into the first team soon. You can never have too many Milanisti in the team.

Agree with xudong. Diaz should be good enough to play there. There is also Hague although he must first show his ability in his favorite position, on the left wing.
