I would give Roma till the end of the season and if nothing changes, sell him.
Sell Kessie because I don't think someone that is only good when he's got the right player next to him, makes him a good player. 
I don't get it to be honest. Roma doesn't seem to work well with Kjaer and we're happy to let him go despite him being our only decent defender for so long. MEanwhile Kessie was crap for a season and a half. finally hits form and we see that it's dependent on Bennacer but he's suddenly a fan favorite? Then again, those same fans we're already comparing Hakan to Kaka so doesn't say much for their opinion

1. get someone who will contest Theo's place in the starting eleven. Since we got rid of RR, and he is undisputable on the left his performances havent been that good since then  Remember us getting Stam despite having Nesta right after we lifted the CL trophy.

and... Ghiglione should be the back up for Calabria(he is free agent next year).
