The Quality of the top, or top 3, teams does not indicate the quality of the league as a whole. P$G And Bayern Made the Final of the UCL... does that mean the French League and Bundesliga is better than EPL? 

Serie A is most definitely stronger than the Bundesliga... for one, the teams can defend. Case in Point. pretty much every striker that struggles here yet has done well, or goes to do well, in the Bundesliga... all except Piatek of course.

Imo Tonali deserve a year with De Zerbi or Ivan Juric, he will come back stronger.
