Watching Lazio-Spezia, I have to say that Spezia is a fantastic and dominating team, Vincenzo Italiano would be a great manager in future. Matteo Ricci and Nzola would been one to watch out for in transfer window.

I've said this before....but Bologna has 2 very interesting players in the middle of the field. Svanberg and Schouten. Both really good as pivots. Definitely worth a look. Can't imagine they'd cost a lot. But they look like modern, intense and dynamic players. Every time I watch Bologna I'm left impressed by these 2, especially Svanberg.

Having said that, every time I watch Bologna, Tomiyasu disappoints me. So I can't figure out what the hype is about.

Honestly, our path shouldn't be changed. I don't want us to spend a ton of money on "drained stars" (Galliani style). We can see that young, modern, hungry players can do the job. Yes, keep a few proven names in the squad, but that's about it. The scouting network, if anything, should be expanded and become stronger then ever. 

Also, invest into our core. Make sure we keep the players we already have. Give them better salaries for example, rather then investing in new players. Keep the same group and watch them grow. Add 1-2 player per season if necessary. But signing players for the sake of signing them should not be done. Especially "names".
